I have your money and ill keep it!
an Australian bank that I use stated that I had been scammed by using Rocket Remit. I explained that I knew the person and it was not a scam the Bank nevertheless contacted Rocket Remit. After hours of fruitlessly trying to logon, I got a message that my account had been blocked then a few hours later I got another message saying my account had been deleted. So without access to any sort of proof on my part my contacts my account were blocked and deleted. This was despite the fact that the helpline had said that they would wait until I have provided some evidence of who the person was oh and the $250 that is in the account? I was told I’ll have to go to the bank and begin a process to get the money returned to me. If anything goes wrong, this organisation is anything but honest.

The fact that I have to transfer to…
The fact that I have to transfer to Rocket Remit website first before sending, and then I can’t redeem the money if I need to.
The fact that the minimum I can deposit is $25 at the minimum I can actually send you $25 prevents me from doing a lot of business on the site! I’m very disappointed because of these factors. I have some money sitting in Rocket Remit that I can’t do anything with because it’s under.$25, and I can’t deposit more because I have only less than $25 to deposit. So it all sits where it is until I get more money. then the money that is in the site is more than I want to send, and the remainder has to sit there until I want to send again and have more more than $25 on the site. I can’t get it out!

The company advised a temporary problem with sending.to Ghana. Temporary means exacly.that. Twenty four hours later they posted no message that this temporary problem was dragging on and more money was sent into limbo
