Rocket remit is great when its working
Rocket remit is great when its working. Now i have to provide a bank statement. Before i had to provide a visa for my partner and a life insurance policy for someome else who needs my attention and help.. a young rape victim in the Philippines. One thing after another. And for the record, i work offshore in a remote area … providing a bank statement is easy for people working 9-5 in an office in Australia… not same here!!

Your chat function is very poor and far too slow responding to urgent problems that need immediate action given the time sensitive nature of remitting money through your service.
The dollar limit per transfer of $A1000 is inadequate and should be increased to at least $A2000

Very inconsistent lately
It is great when it works, but recently the app and website have been very inconsistent and does not work at all. The last 3 months have been very inconsistent.Being able to take funds out when the app and website doesn't work would be nice aswell....I am questioning whether to use this app anymore

Down for 2 days. No live updates online and still not fixed. It caused me a few real issues but to be fair the local office was very good as i talked to a human who was very supportive.

I use Rocket Remit almost daily to support students in Africa. Money is delivered promptly.
99.9% of the time all good, but frustrating if you have an issue out of office hours, as response is often delayed. Overall, very pleased though.
