This company is horrible and nasty, they tie you into a 12 month contract so you have to pay REGARDLESS if you decide to continue with the course or not. I was recently made redundant and mentioned to them i cannot continue with the course and they had the damn cheek to send me a link to a money lending company. All this company wants is money, money and more money for no outcome at the end. If you decide to cancel your direct debit, they will keep bothering you and harrasing you to contact them about payments …why am i gonna pay for something when its clearly a scam and i cant afford it? If this harrasment continues, i will be contacting the police and reporting them to crime stoppers to do some further investigation about this so called company.

Company driven by profiting off of desperate young individuals looking to get into the industry. Who knows if you can actually eventually get qualifications through their courses but it’s not worth the amount you pay against what you get. The ‘tutors’ are an equivalent of call centre support and most likely lack the specialist knowledge to help you progress your understanding of topics. Currently trying to cancel for second time as they hold you into a contract for 15 months minimum apparently, which completely contradicts the contract clause stating ‘12 month minimum subscription’ which once approached with aren’t helpful and stick to the contradiction, the customer service is rude and clearly doesn’t care for the individual until they have paid the most they can bleed the individual out for with how they interpret the contract.

It isn’t even about money for me now, it’s about the principle and most definitely making people aware of this and hopefully no one else, who are vulnerable and trying to make best for themselves, signs up for this and wastes thousands without assurance of qualifications etc.

If you don’t work in the trade and this is just an online course, believe me, you will almost certainly fail the practical. I was told there was a 97% pass rate. This should have rang alarm bells. Nothing is ever a 97% pass rate, especially something as difficult as this. If it is actually true, I’d imagine now it’s because very few actually finish the course. Once you pass all the TMAs you will be left lost and unsure what to do next. It is definitely not something I would jump into without giving it very serious consideration. I, like others before me fell for the hard sell and the dream of a better future.. Promises of gaining experience on site never materialised and no contact from anyone. You just get a monthly text reminding you to pay your bill. This is not the way to get qualified, please trust me. Think seriously before signing up to this! Although not technically a scam, I do genuinely believe this is set up to lock you into a contract and then have you quit. I’d say you get about £300-£400 worth of books and access to a lot of YouTube videos for £7000. Not bad for them if you think about it.

Avoid this company, I wish I read the reviews. I signed and the work I did on the computer was a load of crap. The tutors take forever to mark your work. They sold this course to me. My circumstances changed and therefore couldn’t afford the course or have the time to do it. Absolute set of scammers. I’ve not even met anyone face to face I’ve taken nothing from this joke of a company but they’re saying I owe £1850 … for what exactly.? AVOID PEOPLE.

This is a shambles of a company, Avoid at all costs. I have never even started a course. Just signed up as it was sold to me. I then declared no interest in doing any courses and they’ve sent me a bill for £2000. They won’t be getting it and they will be hearing from legal representation. AVOID

Started a course helpful then had a medical episode and couldn’t do it. Explained to Tudor and said keep the deposit for the trouble and wasn’t going to do it,
Few weeks down the line I’m asked for money and arrears when I cancelled it all
Arguing of it and no help haven’t any info and Carnt get in touch with a college code I don’t have due to gettin rid of all to do with company when out of hospital,

No help and no complaints lines or address all ok the internet scamming people for money cold calling and no help!!

After informing the company that I can no longer make payments as I have lost my job and tried getting funding I'm informed that there not registerd study funding schemes and makes me believe there just in it for the money I need to cancel but I am stuck in a minimum of 12 months and having a 3 month colling down period I joined the Corse to get myself in a more financially stable position and now I'm in a worse position and no possibility of help
Also felt I was rushed into doing the Corse by the representative without having adequate time to check though revews

We signed our son up for a course with this sham of a company in sept 2021 , third sales people will tell you anything to get you signed up , promise that you can attain certain qualifications, when it gets down to it and you’ve started your monthly payment and have put in the online work it turns out the course your doing will not end up with you getting anything promised . Do not sign up , go to college or university and work hard there , these are scammers

I am highly disappointed with the misleading and poor communication from this online college. I was told by their agent that I would only need to complete a 1 year update course to get my electrician qualifications recognized as I studied already 4 years this in my home country, but later found out I had been enrolled in the full 3 year course without any clarification.

Despite making monthly payments, I received zero communication outside of reminders for missed payments. My intention was always to defer the start date of my course due to other commitments,given this possibility by their enrollment agent on his second visit in my home, however I was never given that option or any flexibility.

Ultimately, I feel I was misled about the course requirements and length. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to reconsider enrolling here, as you may end up in a similar situation of paying for something different than promised. I was requesting a full refund and removal from their system, now they ask me another paper signed but they already fooled me once like of many others. Despite they said no more direct payments will be taken, by the night they took another 140 monthly payments from my account. Pure robbery in modern times. And not to forget they lost my Naric/ Ecctis equalisation from my file and they even hadn't knowledge about that paper at all, and I am wondering again based on what than they call than their complete 3 year course for myself "update" course . And not to forget that one of their admin/ customer team after their lies/misleading and incapacity of proper handling their paperwork instead of apologies he was rude with me. Their agent was a cheater and their admin member team rude. Luckily I didn't had to do with many of their " beautiful" team.. They sent me home a letter saying they can't refund me as I "enjoyed" already their course. Nice enjoyment I can say. I never ever touched their course or materials. They are more desperate for my hard worked money than I am. Unrighteousness and greedy people like they receive 200% from the company's collection.

Having the huge proportion of starless feedbacks with people disappointed and deceived by them why no authority in this country is taking action against them.

They came with the solution that they are not giving me back the money, they lied from the beginning that they enroll me to an one year update course but they did to full 3 years program, and now they are trying to make their heads that I lost my paperwork trying to deny something but actually they lost my equalisation document which gave me the right to do only one year update course like other colleges said, but routs in construction said colleges are not good because I will have no enough practical experience but RIC's will teach me.
I enrolled from the beginning with the NARIC/ ECTIS equalisation from the beginning letting me know I need to do only one year update course, but in October they said they have no such a document in their archives.

So many complaints speak by themselves about this scammers, the only one they look for is more money, and doesn't matter for them which way.

Now reading their answer I see another misleading information in it, I gave them the paper in the first months of 2023 when they courted me to be recruited and I saw them first time in my life. Based on that ,they said I will do 1 year course, now it comes out I have a full schedule of 3 years, totally different then what they promised, nobody will do a three year course in one year, clear.

So far, so good… it’s been over a year since I started my course. At the beginning it was confusing with the deposit and all the material but in the end is down to the student how often will study, how many TMA-s will apply and how soon will attend on a class work. I can say with my both hands up that it’s worth a try because at the end you’ll be paying something on a monthly basis with no interest. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO RESIVE MY FIRS CERTIFICATES

I’ve done these courses and they are legitimate, please don’t panic, please don’t give up because of some bad reviews, please do your research, please use this opportunity to learn what you wanted too.

Is so bad, reading all of these bad reviews from people that panicked thinking they are been tricked in to something…. I feel bad for them as they haven’t actually given it a chance.

I’m not saying I’ve never had my doubts as it can come by as a online scam, but I did some research and it looks legitimate. I’ve done my level 2 plumbing with a different provider and now level 3 with RIC both have bad reviews but not as enough and mostly from people that “drowned on the fear of learning how to swim”.
If a company would be scam they would have way more bad reviews considering of how many students they enroll….. people are complaining here about the maybe poor customer service or poor understanding of they way the courses work, and that its a process and on top of that they did sign a contract that has clauses……

I don’t like paying money for these courses either because I think it should just be free, But probably if it would be free I wouldn’t be so interested in getting my money’s worth and finish what I started!!!!

This team called ric are fake legal coning team, they send some one to come to your premises explain who they are ext, then don’t even do a background check to see if you are illegible able to get on the course if you haven’t got a maths and English gcse. Then putting you on to the course without any assessments or proof of previous maths and English to do plumbing course, I cancelled my direct debit weeks ago , but only now I’m hearing from them talking about a none payment, I won’t be paying nothing to a fake business, I’ve reported fraud to my bank because the deposit I gave them. future information people , check reviews before going into anything.

Had some personal issues, and wasnt able to start my course because of them, however they were very helpful and understanding with my cancellation, and i hope to return and start with them again soon.

I would give a zero if I could but unfortunately I cannot.
Upon signing up to this course I explained that my financial circumstances were not great but they insisted that they would help me through the course and I would be helped. All I have received is 4 books and zero help, you are basically paying for nothing. I asked the one of the tutors where i will be doing my welding practical and he had no idea. After 4 payments I called them to say this course if not for me and the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, she said you knew what you was signing up for and you cannot cancel. I cancelled the direct debit in the end and now I received threat letters saying I have to pay otherwise they will pursue court action. Well all I can say to that is I will be reporting this company to trading standards and advise others to do the same. Absolute scam and they prey upon vulnerable people.

I like the course, only one I can do around my work pattern. 100% recommend and tutors are very good to talk to

I enrolled on this course a year and few months ago and so far in that time have passed all of my level 2 tmas and online work, I have attended centre at chandlers ford for all my sessions which might I add was a brilliant experience. The tutors there have knowledge like you wouldn’t believe, they guided me from start to finish and couldn’t be happier. I failed one exam but the college let me resit that which I luckily passed with a few marks to spare. The college have informed me that they have now got my certificates and when I have paid up to the level 2 amount I can have them sent to me. I wasn’t aware of this but it makes more sense after the call I had with a lovely lass from customer services today. Im very much looking forward to putting them in my portfolio so I can start looking for a job. The marked assessments took a little longer than I hoped to complete because I work a lot but im glad they are finally done, I only have 6 tmas to do in my level 3 and a little bit of online work so hopefully I fly through that. Take your time with the work and pay attention to the tutors at centre will be my advice, I look forward to being told they have my level 3 certificates too!

I was conned into this. All felt legitimate until they’d got me enrolled and I did a little background research. Do not be deceived by how honest and personable these people seem. They will happily grab your money regardless of your circumstances or situation, they obviously pry on people who are in low income situations that are trying to better themselves. It’s utterly disgusting how this company operates and there’s a special place in hell for horrible people like these. Luckily there’s a cooling off period to the contract you sign so if anyone else falls victim to this scam back out of it as soon as you read this review. However the £60 enrolment fee I paid up front on the day of signing has still not been refunded after nearly a month of having cancelled and requested this.

I would like to start by saying this is my own fault for believing the few reviews saying they are a good company due to my pure desperation to fast track into my dream career as an electrician (DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE). I spoke with an advisor called RANJ who ensured me "i could cancel the course at any point" and "as long as my payments were up to date i would receive all qualification i had passed even if you have not paid the full amount to date " HOWEVER THIS IS NOT TRUE! I have now been told by a rather rude member of staff that i will not receive any certification until i have paid the full amount for the qualification (apparently a level 2 costs £5000). then to add to this i have also now been told that i cannot cancel until i have made 12 full payments and even then i have 3 months before it can be cancelled (15 months total). if you are looking to get into a good trade please please please please take my advise and just go and do an evening course or any other form of course. no matter what you think or you are told by the course advisor, even if you complete all courses and qualifications within a 12 month period you will not receive your qualifications until they have received the money for all qualifications gained which equated to £8640 total. Please do not allow this to happen to you, just bide your time and do a college course.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FORM OF CERTIFICATION UNTIL ITS ALL PAID FOR IN FULL WHICH IS A 4 YEAR PAYMENT PLAN OR £8640 TOTAL.
