Having changed my email since setting up the Safe Deposits Scotland account, I was having trouble finding verification of the deposit taken on our property. Zuby was so very helpful and reassuring. It is always preferable to have someone on the end of a phone to talk to and I cannot thank Zuby enough for enabling me to have the details on file.

Great Customer Service
I called and spoke to James who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. My query was worrying me but within minutes James resolved it leaving me feeling reassured. He also explained how the scheme works for tenants giving me very helpful guidance. An exceptional member of staff working for a scheme that is valued by people who rent in Scotland. I'll call them again without hesitation if I have any questions, I'm so glad we have them.
