I would like to sincerely thank Zubair Javid for the excellent support and guidance he provided throughout the SDS process. He was extremely patient, professional, and approachable, taking the time to answer every question and clear every doubt I had, no matter how small.
His explanations were always clear, detailed, and easy to understand, which gave me confidence and made the entire process much less stressful. I truly appreciated his willingness to help and his prompt responses whenever I needed clarification.
It was a pleasure interacting with Zubair, and his dedication to providing outstanding customer service is commendable. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance, and I am very grateful for all his support.

Fantastic experience over the phone
Fantastic experience over the phone. Was having technical difficulties getting logged in to get my deposit back but the call was incredibly straight forward and efficient. Zubair was extremely friendly and polite on the call, a genuinely lovely experience.

Shereen was great!
Shereen made it very quick and simple, verified my deposit very quickly, sorted everything out I needed in a quick 5 minute phone call, and my deposit is being returned with no issues, great customer service!

Outstanding customer service
After I asked a series of complex questions, Sharon took down my details and promised a callback. When she rang me back, she thoroughly talked me through every issue and resolved them completely. Sharon demonstrated brilliant professionalism, combined with kindness and a great sense of humour. That is outstanding customer service. My only wish is that I could get the refund sooner
