Zubair Javid was the representative who assisted me with my call. After explaining that I had responded to a prior email giving my new German bank account information it was discovered I had responded to a non reply email that had been sent to me. Zubair walked me through how to forward my information to the correct email address. Excellent service. Thank you Wilma

I think the staff answering emails & the service for deposits are excellent
Initially I struggled to access my account. I found thier email contact & requested help. Billy Robertson & Jodi Majury were both quick to respond to my emails & after vetting me told me my username was another email address. I gave that address but needed it changed. They did that quickly too & gave clear instructions on how to request my previous deposit back & the process afterwards. The site itself also gave very clear info about the process & prompted for info required. I think its an excellent service. I really appreciate it.
