Had to submit a second claim
It is too bad that the full amount was not paid at first because the receipts were for an eye check up one day and choosing the glasses the next. There was only a difference of £5 but it meant that I had to send a second claim. I was sure that the receipts would be looked at and full amount paid without extra hassle. I just did not realise that the total receipts would not be paid at one time. I will know for again. We have been members for many years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the outcome.

Thanks Ross! Simply Health always very swift and easy to deal with.
Ross was super helpful today - resolving my issue very quickly and without fuss or complications.
I will note that this is the first time I have had to query something as all previous service relating to my plan, my claims and payouts have all been dealt with (and paid!) extremely promptly with minimal input from myself!
The claim process is super quick and easy online too. Very happy with Simply Health for many years now.

Excellent Service Today,and on all the occasions
I used the chat,and was placed with ab advisor Sam,he answered my questions promptly informativly and thoroughly and l am very pleased.
Previously Simply health as given the same level of excellent service.
They have always paid my claims promptly and lm happy to continue using them,l may even upgrade .....

Not great. Ceiling for what you can claim for crowns etc is £200 ! Doesnt take you far these days

Great Service - and speedy too!
I just submitted a claim for my son's hygienist appointment which was really quick and easy to do; it literally took a minute as all the information was automatically populated from the receipt. I then received a notification less than an hour later to say it had been paid. Fantastic service all round!

Michelle , customer options advisor was very good at explaining all the options and how it could affect my needs . She forwarded all my options and gave me time to peruse on my IPad before ringing for my decision.

I've needed to make a few claims recently, and each time it has been such an easy process. Starting a claim is really simple, and each claim has been dealt with incredibly quickly. From the day of submitting a claim to receiving payment into my bank account has only ever taken a few working days. Absolutely brilliant.

Emily was really helpful and processed my claim really quickly. I had sent the wrong invoice in to be paid but was able to send the correct one over to Emily via the live chat and it's sorted. Great experience!.

Where have all the humans gone
Very frustrating experience being unable to speak to a human being. The company promotes itself with having the friendly face of customer service which it was at one time. Sadly it would appear, not any more .
