Quick turnaround on my herbs order.... growing already ! Recommended for sure

I used Sow Seeds for the first time this year having used many other seed providers previously and I have to say that their service was excellent and all the seeds have grown really well- in fact better than seeds from other suppliers. Great seeds and great business to deal with! They are now my go to supplier of seeds. What more can I say!

I bought lots of seeds from Sow Seeds and one pack on particular grew weeds. When I brought this to their attention , they just said it was my compost at fault. I said I paid for chilli seeds not weeds and they just said it must be my compost. Rita at Sow Seeds was not Interested in resolving the matter.

Thanks for the great service I have received. I recently bought the Sow Fun Children’s Seed Collection for my Granddaughter and they have been an absolute winner. I think they are a great idea and I’m sure she will share the same passion as I have for growing my own.

Like a previous customer I complained about the number of seeds in a seed packet.
Received a very unsatisfactory response, extremely poor customer service.
I was advised the number of seeds was shown on the seed packet.
On an iPad you need to expand the seed packet and still cannot see clearly the number of seeds.
Please make sure you go into further information to find out the number of seeds.
I will use a company in future that clearly values their customers, states the number of seeds without you having to expand the screen or search for the number of seeds in additional information.
Extremely disappointing

Bought two batches of seeds from them fast cheap service and very good germination results. Always our first choice now.

I have bought all my seeds from this company this year (2019) and only 5% of them actually germinated. Never had this problem before using seeds from other companies or even eBay... Extremely disappointed and not happy. I will consider twice before buying again.

Only needed one item which was cheaper here and arrived quickly. Will know later in the year if seeds are as good as SowSeeds Ltd!

On this particular order I forgot one pack of seeds and knew I would have to pay extra delivery.
The following day I received an email with a refund for the postage.

Prompt, efficient and value for money as always

I was very impressed. The seeds were very quick to arrive. I think the thing that really impressed were the realistic postage costs. Much lower than other other companies. I also hadn't realised that the company is not too far away from here.
