Ordered a shirt on January 27th and it shipped and arrived in the Denver area January 29th. It's now February 14th and still not delivered and TGW won't cancel and refund the order until they hear from Fed-Ex who apparently can't find it either and just tells you to call the shipper for resolution.
So now it seems to be my problem!

They sent a golf club with a missing part and wouldn’t correct the mistake. I had to go directly to the manufacturer of the club. Terrible customer service. Don’t use.

What used to be a very reliable company has become an absolute nightmare. I see the writing on the wall with them and how sad it is. I actually begin to think I'd been scammed by a Chinese hacker. After finally going around them to the mfg'r I realized they never ordered my product. What I can't believe is they also never charged my Amex! Needless to say, I've eliminated them from future golf equipment options but bottom-line is I feel sorry for their employees! They gotta know something isn't right there.

I have made many orders with TGW. great selection and pricing for all of your golf needs. All the brands and their own quality house brand at great prices. They often run sales where you get fantastic deals. I had one small issue on one order and customer service resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

TGW experience totally stinks. Ordered a new rain jacket on sale. Order was confirmed with an email then 1 hour later TGW canceled the order. The jacket is still available on their site but for double the price. Multiple attempts and methods to contact the company have been unsuccessful.
Love the golf warehouse. Their sales support and service are always exceptional, good product good value
Seperate order into 3 parts. Customer support when called did not know, quoted wrong shop time. Last part has been awaiting pickup for 4 days. Logistics horrible.
Online purchases sales items made easy and fast delivery. Will definitely use this website again

This company has poor operations and logistics. I order 4 pair of shorts from them, which their website said were all in stock. However, I only received 3, with one the wrong color. I returned the wrong color for exchange, only to have them send me the same wrong color back. The 4th pair never came, even though the site shows in stock. Their customer service told me twice that they would expedite the 4th pair, which after 10 days never shipped. It was a terrible experience, and showed a real poor operational and customer focus. I will not shop there again.
I ordered irons, wedges, a 3 wood and 3 hybrid. The wedges and hybrid came in a reasonable amount of time. I was sent the wrong 3 wood initially and it was left handed (I’m right handed). When I reached out and returned the incorrect club, I was sent the correct club but still left handed. After returning that, I was given a store credit and had to wait for the correct club. My Irons were ordered on April 12th and I just received them almost 4 months later. I called 20+ times throughout the almost 4 months and spent hours on the phone with customer service. I always got the same answer “we’ll contact customs and get an answer within 5 business days” but I never got any solid answers. After 3 months, I was told that we were waiting on a single shaft that was back ordered (why you guys didn’t cut another shaft down to the correct size for the one club, I’m not sure.) Finally I got a notification that my clubs had shipped but had no tracking number. After multiple more calls to customer service in an attempt to get a tracking number, I was finally told that my clubs had actually not shipped yet and we were still waiting for the back ordered shaft. I had had enough and told the person that I would like to cancel my order and I would order the clubs from another company. That night I received an email with a tracking number and the clubs arrived the following day. Either nobody at this company actually knows what is going on, or me deciding to cancel my order lit a fire under somebody’s ass and had them overnighted to me. Im still waiting on my 8 iron so who knows when I will receive that. To top things off I was offered a generous F you of a $20 gift card for the next time I order something from TGW, which will be never.
Great selection across all elements of golf (clothing, shoes, equipment). Excellent, competitive prices. Regular sales that provide for both value and fresh merchandise.
Ordered golf shoes as a birthday present. Price was average. First the shoes came 5 days late. I open the bag and the box, all broken up, is for what I ordered with the shoes outside the box. The shoes were the wrong size and the wrong model, not what the box showed. Sent them back and hopefully my refund comes as promised but I have little faith in their service
I received the wrong item, didn't get a full refund, and had to go after to get them to credit my card back several times. If you return something make sure you check your credit card statement. Absolutely a headache and wasted my time and energy. I will never order from them again—horrible customer service.
Bought 2 golf shirts. They were both too large (despite their descriptions) and one was enormous. I paid $7.95 to get them and another $7.95 to return them. Almost $16 and I am left with nothing. Go buy from a company with a more customer friendly return policy.
A house of clowns. I could never trust a significant purchase to this website. Our travel golf bag was critical to our trip. They screwed that up more than once-probably broke a record in that regard. I am sure that I will have to fight triple charges for the product that was never delivered.
