HIGH ⚠️!!!!. I bought a car in January 2026. Firstly delivery was not on time as promised. When I received the car, it had scratches which were promised to fix including a fresh service on vehicle. I didn't complain about scratches but asked for the service. They said, you do it we will pay the cost. I paid £159 but they said they will pay £80 but they didn't pay a single penny. There are different people who will communicate with you and everyone will tell a different story at different timings so you wont be able to have a clear picture that whats going on with you. If u want to buy a car from this dealer, be aware of false promises, miscommiments and poor communications.
After your reply, please pay me what you owe and I will edit my review or if its just a formality to respond to a negative review politely then let it be this way.

Enforced statutory rejection after months and court action
I purchased a Citroen C3 Picasso (EF13 ZVS) from NT Traders Ltd on 30 September 2025. The vehicle was sold without a warranty, but buyers should understand that this does not remove statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Within days, serious faults became apparent, including an oil leak at the head gasket, a completely non-functioning heating system, and other associated issues.
On 2 October 2025, I notified the dealership of the defects and raised the possibility of exercising my short-term right to reject. After no forthcoming reply, formal written rejection was issued via WhatsApp and email in November 2025.
The vehicle was later inspected and the faults were confirmed. During the process I was asked to sign additional internal paperwork beyond what had been agreed in writing, which I declined.
The matter then extended over several months. I continued to incur road tax and insurance costs while the vehicle was effectively unusable.
A mileage deduction of £0.60 per mile was proposed and described as an “industry standard”. I did not accept that position. Progress was only made after I issued formal court proceedings via Money Claim Online.
Following legal action and further exchanges, the dealership agreed to refund the full purchase price, reimburse the £115 court issue fee, and withdraw the proposed mileage deduction. The vehicle was returned on 11 February 2026 and the full sum was paid by electronic transfer on the day of handover.
The matter was resolved in full, but only after persistent correspondence and formal legal escalation.
Prospective buyers should ensure they understand their statutory rights and be prepared to assert them if necessary.

When the vehicle was sold on 30 September 2025, it was priced under £2,000 and clearly supplied without a warranty. As explained at the time, lower value part-exchange vehicles are often sold at trade price to keep them affordable. That said, a warranty and statutory rights are separate matters, and we have always acknowledged our legal obligations.
Once you raised concerns, we engaged with you throughout the process. Although there were differences of opinion regarding the timing of rejection, mileage use, and proposed deductions, we ultimately agreed to refund the full purchase price, reimburse your £115 court fee, and remove any mileage deduction, in line with your request. Payment was made in full by bank transfer on the day the vehicle was returned.
Our intention in resolving the matter was to bring it to a fair and final conclusion without prolonging the dispute further. Court proceedings allow both parties to present their position, but we chose to settle the matter and refund you in full rather than continue with legal action.
We are disappointed that, despite reaching a full financial resolution on your terms, you feel unable to reflect that outcome more positively. Nevertheless, we respect your right to share your experience.

Can't give negative stars otherwise I would. Made an offer which I accepted. Called to find out when they would come for vehicle, no one available. I cancelled the sale after waiting 5 days.

After receiving your response my comment holds. You don't even know your customers. It was my son who was selling the car I wasn't involved.
Car has now been sold to Motor point for a higher price, no quibbling.
If you buy a vehicle you should be able to notify seller within 24 hours when a vehicle can be collected. This is 2026 not 1926.

Clarifying Our Collection and Scheduling Process

When we place an offer and it is accepted, the next stage involves coordinating collection through our dedicated logistics team. We operate a nationwide service and manage multiple vehicle collections daily. Our collection process is not automated or instant, as each vehicle requires route planning, driver allocation, inspection preparation, and scheduling confirmation.
We have a separate collection department made up of four team members, supervised by a manager, who coordinate calls, availability, and inspection logistics across the UK. Once a sale is agreed, sellers are contacted directly by this team to arrange a suitable date based on driver routes and capacity.
While we make every effort to contact all sellers promptly, there are occasions where calls are not answered, voicemail messages are left, or scheduling confirmations take longer due to operational demand. Our team handles a high volume of vehicles, and while we aim to respond quickly, availability is subject to nationwide logistics rather than instant availability.
We do not agree with the implication that the business is unreliable. We have been trading for over 11 years and have completed more than 18,000 vehicle transactions. Our structured inspection and collection process exists to ensure vehicles are assessed properly and transported safely, not to delay or inconvenience sellers.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, particularly when a sale has been agreed. However, scheduling in a nationwide operation requires coordination and availability, and it is not always possible to provide immediate collection within a few days.
We remain committed to transparent, professional service and appreciate the opportunity to explain how our process works.
