Fish were delivered in a timely manner and alive. Colors of fish came back in a few days after they relaxed and adjusted to water parameters, thank you.

I am incredibly impressed. They arrived packaged very securely. What blew me away was that these 2-inch juveniles were showing vibrant colors right out of the box! I’ve never experienced juvenile cichlids this small having so much color immediately after shipping. Exceptional quality and care. Will definitely be ordering again!

i had a problem with FED-X
i had a problem with FED-X and two fish died. they made it right and replaced them. very nice and really care about what they do. they are the best. and glade to say all the other fish are doing great and look great,

First time ordering fish by mail
Communication was constant and I knew exactly when the fish had shipped and tracked them to the minute they arrived. Acclimation instructions were detailed and specific but allowed the fish to adapt with little stress possible. Helpful methods for helping my fish were provided and the fish arrived exactly as described. They have been exploring and eating and growing in the few weeks since I’ve had them.

As a returning customer, we truly wanted to help resolve the issues you reported, which is why we reached out multiple times by email asking for additional information, including your current water parameters and more details about what was happening in the aquarium.
Unfortunately, we were never able to get the information needed to properly diagnose the problem. Fish health can be affected by many factors after arrival, and water parameters are one of the most important pieces of information when troubleshooting losses.
We stand behind our fish and always do our best to assist customers, but we can only help when we receive clear details about the issue. A review stating only “no good fish” doesn’t provide us—or future customers—with enough information to understand what occurred.
Our door remains open, and if you’d still like assistance, we’re happy to work with you to determine what may have happened and help prevent future losses. We genuinely want our customers and their fish to succeed.

Fish arrived alive but did not seem happy, the water they were in was dirty and seemed like such a small amount for the amount of fish. I have ordered from other companies where the fish arrive sooner and are packaged much better.

Your order was delivered four days after it was placed, which is within our stated processing and delivery timeframe. It's also normal for fish to appear stressed after shipping, and the water in the bags can sometimes become discolored during transit due to waste accumulation and stress. While it may not look appealing, it is a common part of the shipping process and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with the fish's health.
We do wish you had reached out to us when you first received your order. We're always happy to review photos, answer questions, and help assess the condition of newly arrived fish. Our goal is for every customer to be successful, and we're here to help whenever concerns arise.

Fish arrived alive!! Didn't take too long to get the package, he was a bit smaller than I expected, but he happened to be big enough to survive in the tank with bigger tank-mates.
