Been waiting for a car for a month. Advisor on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Still have no idea when car will be ready.

So far so good. I’m at the early stages of the personal lease process. All the guys I have spoken with have been very helpful and efficient. If the process continues the same way it will be very smooth.

We are very happy with every aspect of the order process with Vanarama.

Took order and did the credit check application which was approved. Waited 3 weeks for the agreement which never came. Called up multiple times to be assured that the order was placed and the paperwork will come in due course.
3 weeks later I was told that the vehicle is no longer available. Which now means I need to start the whole process again with 3 weeks less to secure a new deal before my current lease contract ends.

So easy …. Great service,easy and efficient . Third vehicle..

I would prefer knowing the phone numbers, I am going to be called on, as you are giving details across and in this modern day of scamming, I am very cautious of calls from numbers, I do not recognise. I did voice my concerns and this was gratefully received.

The process from choosing the car of my choice to completing my order through Vanarama was done satisfactory. The team handling my order were very polite and gave me helpful guidance through my order for new PCH car leasing deal.
Not received my new car to date will give more feed back when I have my new car.
