Avoid. Second time they cancelled my test drive. First time I had a message. Second time I was told once I was basically there, wasted 2 hours in the traffic for nothing. The car sold the day before…. But nobody informed me. Jack Zammit the person I was dealing with. Never again.

It was an unplanned visit
It was an unplanned visit. The staff were courteous and friendly with hard sell. We had a whole car cash budget but have come away with a great value EV that meets my wife’s needs.

Lucy - you were great
When we entered into Wilson’s, Lucy met us with a warm and professional manner. Lucy was incredibly clear on everything required of us and all timelines etc, it resulted in us purchasing a car straight away. Unexplained price increase
Enquired about a new van I saw advertised on Auto trader at a specific price, spoke to the sales person regarding purchasing the van, only to be told that price was now 2k more than I saw advertised on Auto trader. This is very misleading and not good practice from this company. Buyers beware .

Great service again
This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Wilsons Epsom in the last 10 years and on each occasion the service has been excellent. No pressure sales, great communication and customer service.
In particular we would like to thank Jodie Barker for her kind , professional and attentive service during the process of us purchasing our new vehicle. She arranged test drives, explained anything we were not too sure about and made the whole process easy. We love our new MG HS and have always and will continue to recommend Wilsons to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
