W R Davies Motors Avis 

Recently purchased a pre owned Citroen from W.R Davies, Prestatyn. The sale was dealt with by Ryan Chambers and I was treated with respect and kindness throughout. The car was in excellent condition and felt like new.

I bought a used BMW from the Rhyl showroom a few weeks ago which I’m very pleased with but then had noticed one of tyres which had meant to have been replaced before completion of purchase had not.
However the staff at WR Davies immediately rectified this without any hesitation.
The customer service is outstanding and I felt like I was not treated any differently from someone who had purchased a brand new car.

I had my bZ4X serviced here today. I ordered the car from Steven Eagell Toyota in Wolverhampton but they're an absolute joke. I'm so glad I brought it to W R Davies. They were professional and courteous from booking it in to doing the work.
They provided a nice courtesy car at short notice and ticked off the list of other work I had requested to be done at the same time as my service. I had zero issues from start to finish and I highly recommend them to anyone. My supplying dealer is way closer to my house but I'd rather travel here and get superb customer service.

Desperately upset. Sold a car for £19000 in October 24 which had been in a previous accident, which was not disclosed now identified by my local Nissan garage! paint peeling door problems. Dealership don't want to know, manager said "wouldn't expect to return a dress with problems after months" but I wouldn't pay £19000 for a dress or have a 12 month Nissan warranty!! Absolutely devastated.

I arrived without an appointment to test drive a used Citroen C5 X. Immediately I stepped inside the showroom I was approached by a very pleasant young man who, having asked how he could help, introduced me to Jackson Tyler. Jackson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. During the test drive I said the car did not meet my expectations and, having listened to what I had been saying, Jackson very skilfully introduced me to a DS7 that was much closer to what I was looking for. At no time did I feel pressured and I have no hesitation in recommending W R Davies (Stafford) Ltd - particularly Jackson Tyler.

We bought a used Nissan Ariya. Nikki was brilliant from our first enquiry through to collection. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. We travelled over 160 miles and it was well worth it based on the price and condition of the car which were excellent. Would highly recommend Nikki and Nissan Stafford.

Bought a ipdm and paid to get it fitted.
It failed to resolve the issue.
No refund for £360 item even though they said they could 2 days earlier.
Charged me £156 for the 4 hours to say I am not getting a refund.
Thank you £510 paper weight when I don't use paper.
Bad customer service.

Clearly understaffed at Rhyl, despite being hounded with messages about my MOT and Service being due, I was unable to book them together, in fact had to have MOT carried out elsewhere. Service day finally arrives, where one of my keys was meant to be re-programmed too. I get my car back with only the basic ‘oily’ bits having been looked at. My key is still not linked to the car and a collision fault identified during the service as a passing comment. Was told needed to book it in for a diagnostic, plus key re-programming at a ridiculous cost and there was no space until the end of May! I will be seeking out another Nissan garage from now on.

Tried to contact WR Davies on 3 seperate days regarding an URGENT recall I have on my car from Ford Motor Company.
I have left my name and number 3 times. Still waiting for the call

Saw a Nissan X Trail on line at WR Davies in Rhyl and Emailed Mark Harvey to express my interest and make sure it was still available as I was travelling 40 miles and didn't want a wasted journey .
From start to finish of the whole process it was a pleasure to deal with Mark , no hard sell ,very professional and really customer focused .
Gave a really fair Part Exchange and never felt under pressure or rushed into a deal .
Would highly recommend Mark and the Rhyl branch for anyone looking for a new or used car .

Customer service is diabolical. Told to wait 1.5hr for a recall fix. Still here 4.5hrs later to then be told to come back tomorrow. As a disabled person who had to seek out updates, no staff came to update me. Also the language and conversations heard when customers about what terrible! Conversations of 'birthday strippers' 'drinking 14 pints of Guinness on the lash' and another staff member burping loudly after glugging a bottle of pop.
So Angry!

Saw a Nissan Juke online, looked lovely. Popped over to see Mr Darren Wortans, he was really helpful. The car was perfect for me. The sale was so easy, all down to Darren. We collected the vehicle a week later, the car was beautiful to look at and drive. Darren was very professional and kind. I would recommend the garage to anyone wanting a quality vehicle. Just about two months ago I changed my peugeot 108 for a newer model,this is the second purchase from yourselves,excellent customer service by Ryan Chambers once again .Highly recommend garage to deal with.

They say you tell 10 people of a bad experience and 1 of a good one.
This time is the exception.
Neal Jones at W R Davies in Prestatyn just went that little bit further than most.
After a breakdown on a busy A55 taken to W R Davies and they put a lot of time into fault finding.
They pushed it through and found that the 12v battery was the problem. At least we hope it is.
They will be monitoring the car over a few journeys so have full confidence in them.

In 2023 i had my car serviced by W R Davies and had poor customer service.
I gave them another chance in 2024, once again I had poor customer service.
The customer service manager tried to placate me by giving a very small discount.
But I advised them, I would NOT return.
But obviously the message hasn't got through.
As they are asking me once again to have my car serviced and MOT.

Ive just bought a vehicle from the WRD at Prestatyn From the first phon call the staff were very helpful and friendly!
I initially spoke with Garreth and then visited the Showroom to view the car with David! Both were very friendly, professional and knowledgable! I found it an easy experience from start to finish It was made easier by using the Part Exchange Scheme! Well Done Guys I highly recommend buying a vehicle with WRD
My only negative comment would be that they could have put a bit more fuel in the New Vehicle as I had travelled from Preston a couple of times to buy the Vehicle! It was on less than a quarter of a tank so I had to quickly find a petrol station before travelling back home!
Other than that it was a pleasure dealing with WRD
