From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was made to feel extremely welcome. All the staff were polite and helpful. They gave me all the time I needed to look at all the available cars in the showroom without pressure.
Once I was ready to talk to the Mobility salesperson I was introduced to Perdip Singh. He was by far the kindest, most attentive, knowledgeable and caring salesperson I have ever dealt with. It was more like talking to an old friend than someone who I had just met.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, making sure he found us the right fit with regards to the type of car and budget for me.
Ordering was very easy and straightforward and I left the dealership confident in my choices.
Perdip kept in regular contact with me from the time of ordering to pick up.
My car actually arrived a week early so that was another bonus too.
On the day of collection Perdip talked me through every step from handing over my old car, paperwork and payment without any issues.
I was expecting to collect my new car from outside the dealership but Perdip walked me to a car within the showroom which was draped in a red cloth, he proceeded to pull it away to reveal my car. It was amazing. I felt like a celebrity and very special.
He talked me through all the features of the car, even pairing my phone to it and setting my preferred radio channels. Nothing was too much trouble.
When it was time to leave the staff opened up the doors to the showroom and I drove off feeling so special.
Perdip has been in touch since to make sure everything is going well.
I can't thank all the staff enough for all their hard work but Perdip is not only an exceptional salesperson and a credit to Nissan Stafford but a real credit to the Mobility customers too.

Just exchanged my Toyota Yaris Cross for a Toyota RAV4 at WR Davies.

Dealt with Alex Woodall and he was excellent, explained everything as he went along and I felt he valued my custom .

Toyota Yaris X Cross is a fantastic car, WR Davies Toyota Service Department Stafford is only Adequate.

They are not going to do a dam thing, to do more than the bare minimum.

It's like they are the customer not you.

You have to do everything to make their lives easy, courtesy car?

Not offered one.

Never mind you have spent inexcess of £30,000 and have a service plan, wash your car sir?

Forget it!

Just had my first scheduled Ford service at the Llangefni branch - couldn’t have wished for a better customer experience. Vehicle was collected and dropped off, complimentary valet and wash/wax was a bonus. Came back running superbly and like it had just come out of the showroom. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this branch.

I visited WR Davies, Stafford Park, Telford to test drive a Nissan Duke. Mary could not have been more helpful!
I was give the car to drive for an hour on my own. The test drive was very good and I expect to order a Motability replacement soon.
Mary was run off of her feet but all of the staff were very nice even the boss.
I used to use Brindley Nissan but their service was deplorable to say the least.

Just collected our new car on Friday from WR Davies in Prestatyn. From the day of ordering the new car to collection the service was excellent. We were kept informed of the expected build date and delivery date by David Tomlinson who was absolutely fantastic. All staff within the dealership are very professional and welcoming. Any questions/queries we had they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for a great experience and I have no doubt in recommending this dealership 100% . Worst experience ever buying a car from the LLANGEFNI branch. Constant lies. Ignoring the customer. Dodgy repairs. I would NEVER buy anything from this company again. Their customer service is terrible. How they are allowed to lie to customers time and time again is shocking. And if you need anything fixing on your vehicle, I'd advise you to take it elsewhere because it will come back to you with more problems than what it started with. The mechanic's do not know what they are doing. Then the reception staff fill you with lies to cover up the mess. Sale's staff don't care once you've handed over your money. STAY AWAY FROM FORD LLANGEFNI!!!!!

We have invariably been slightly apprehensive when it comes to visiting the showrooms of Car dealerships.
All too often we've walked out just as quickly as we've gone in.
We can't be doing with a sales robot in a collar & tie that fails to listen to our particular needs.

Well, we are pleased to say that we didn't walk out of the WR Davies Renault dealership in Llandudno Junction.
We were greeted by Barry Wareing who greeted us with a warm smile and put us at ease almost immediately.
He listened to what we had in mind and didn't interrupt us until we had explained what we were looking for.
When it came to his friendly, no pressure advice & guidance it was such a welcome, if not surprising change when compared to what we had experienced in the past, at other reputable dealerships.
Barry explained how the various purchase options and associated deals worked out in a clear calm & uncomplicated manner.
What our experience of dealing with Barry demonstrates, very clearly to us, is that you can have a 5 star showroom and any number of choices however, dealing with a very personable salesman that really values your custom and respects your decisions, is the key to closing in on a deal.
Barry responded to emails and missed telephone calls and kept us informed of those periods when he wouldn't be available.
We sincerely hope that the executives at WR Davies appreciate how fortunate they are to have an experienced sales person like Barry in their team.

We are confident that we can reach back to Barry post the purchase of our new Clio particularly, were we to experience any issues.

Service was ok, people helpful on the ground. Very disappointed about how management handled a situation and the follow-up care, not professional and have had to escalate what was a simple matter to resolve.

Service department most unhelpful and rude. I suggest they go on a customer care course.

I booked my car into the Llandudno branch for its first service (as main dealer, to retain the warranty) and to have three warranty items sorted out, a seriously squeaking window, an indicator that from time to time flashed at double speed, and replacement of the wheel nuts which rusted within days of taking ownership of the car.

Despite having warned them about these issues, they didn't have any of the parts to do the remedial work. I was presented with a big bill which I paid, and told they'd contact me when the wheel nuts and window winding mechanism they'd ordered were in stock.

Two months went by, so I called them. "OK, come in and we'll sort it out". I duly drove an hour's trip, sat down for a three hour wait, and in due course....

"We don't have the window mechanism.". Despite being told the parts were in. "Wheel nuts?". Oh yes, I'll do that now.". "The indicator fault?" "It's the tow bar you had fitted.". "But there was this indicator problem before it was fitted!". "I can reproduce the fault by moving the connector at the back.". "Great - show me then.". I went to the workshop bay to take a look. But of course despite vigorous wiggling of connectors by the mechanic strangely it now didn't reproduce the fault, which I am certain is actually caused by a faulty column switch. And rather than fitting a new mechanism to the squeaky window, as promised, the technician just sprayed lubricant into the window channel.

I had to shoot off as my dog had been alone for a few hours at this point. When I got home, I found out they'd only replaced the locking wheel nuts - four out of the twenty I'd been promised. The plastic clips that secure the trims at the side of the boot hadn't been replaced, leaving the trims loose.

Seeing the mess they'd made of a service and warranty work, would I use them again? Not if I could help it.

I guess I am now faced with yet another 5 hour round trip to get this sorted out, when it could all have been done in one go.

Visited the Llandudno Junction branch on Saturday 13th July to enquire about selling my Ford Puma back to the branch I purchased it from. The sales person couldn't help and suggested I take it to We Buy Any Car.

However, was told I would receive a call back on Monday but didn't until I chased them. They apparently don't buy cars (unless PX) and could have saved me wasting my time by saying that in the first place.

The staff were - as seems the case for all car dealerships - arrogant and aloof.
