Fantastic service from Bradley used car sales manager. I brought my citroen c5 aircross 6 weeks ago from the stafford branch you could not have met a more helpful man nothing was to much trouble for him even when I found a few issues with my car a couple of weeks later. He quickly arrange for these Items to be fixed at no cost to myself would highly recommend this branch to any one thinking of buying a car a big thank you to Brad for all his help.

having worked at WRDavies in Rhyl and Llandudno Junction for many years,i am absolutely disgusted at the wayi have been treated,i had a puncture in may which was fixed spot on,i was advised that my car needed 4new tyes,they gave me a quote to which i agreed.although they couldnt do it till June 21st,on that day i had a call to say the tyres wer forgot to be ordered,they would do it monday,today i havebeen promised a call despite me phoning 3times only to be ignored,i have since gone elsewhere,if tat is the way i am treated,then i will inform my whole family,i spent 50 years treating customers how they should. be treated,centainly not an ex employee shoud be treated,my name is Robbie Povey.

Buying New is plain sailing, but used car customers get entirely different treatment.
Due to a loopehole in laws, used car dealers performing an MOT in their own garage are deliberately omitting Advisories from the previous year, so as not to have to repair them while charging top price to a customer. Check the previous year's MOT and do not accept the sale till they address the issues.
These advisories will obviously show the following year and be at your own expense,
I complained assertively to W R Davies regarding three advisories which had disappeared in their MOT while purchasing, and I discovered were on the previous year, and then picked up by ATS when tested 12 months after. W R Davies repaired them as a 'Good will gesture'
Also, before purchase, on test drive, the Service light on dash was showing. They assured me a full service will be done before delivery. Some time after this I noticed I had been given the wrong hand book ( correct make but another reg. & chassis number to that of mine) Therefore I have no service history to my vehicle and no way to tell if a pre delivery service was carried out, or they simply reset the Service light.
I found the experience of W R Davies to be one of deception and insulting to a customer. I will not accept any excuses.

Had great service from James at WR Davies, He managed to sort a part out for me very quickly over the phone, it arrived on time and was correct, Thanks again.

Excellent service provided by Paul Dixon at W R Davies Prestatyn Each and every problem was sorted out and I received my Citroen in excellent condition.

From the moment I arrived at the W.R.Davies Lichfield Road Site, they were very polite and helpful especially in guidance about where to park my car.
The receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. She patiently explained their process and listened to my concerns about my car. They have a very comfortable customer sitting area with free refreshments to relax in as they carried out a necessary Diagnostic test
Once they found the cause if my car's problem, they very professionally put it right and then tested the car before I took the car and drove home
Highly recommended by friends and I also highly recommend them too.

After a long drive to pick up my new car, I was welcomed by the staff even though I was early. The lady who did the hand over was lovely and a great sense of humour, she couldn't do enough to help. For me the experience was smooth and no pressurised sales. No add ons that other companies try to palm off on you was mentioned, I liked that. My time there was short as it needed to be and I smoothly went on my way in my stunning DS4. I will be back again to exchange in a couple of years and I recommend the company highly in my personal experience dealing with them.

Sold our Focus RS to this Company via Carwow. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Easy proceedures, fully informed all the way through the sales. Stef was helpful and answered everything well and quickly. Cannot fault them

Absolutely shocking sales and aftersales service from this Nissan dealership, they told me a vehicle I enquired about had no dents or scrapes then after a 4 hour train journey to collect it I found a huge dent with damage to the quarter panel !!

Dont think for a second that buying from a Nissan main dealer that the vehicle will have a comprehensive health check or that if you have an issue with the vehicle within 3 months you are covered because you are NOT !!
Even Nissans main customer care helpdesk told me that they have no control over this independent Nissan dealership.

From the main earth cable flapping about in the engine bay to brakes that were full of air - they had not carried out the health check that make s you feel safe buying from them.
Save your money and buy from elsewhere because they will NOT resolve any issues that you may come across.

They lied about so many things during the sale of this vehicle, it was sold to me as being their demonstrator vehicle so it had very light use, subsiquently they admitted that they bought it second hand from a private seller who it turned out had services from a back end garage, not what you expect when they tell you it's their demo vehicle !! Don’t waste your money buying from WR Davies Llandudno junction.
Spent thousands on a van i really liked, I have waited over 4 months for some trim for the side skirt that’s supposed to be on the van. Every time i phone up to get it sorted they don’t want to know. Told them today that the van has a sudden loss of power while driving and they didn’t want to know “will pass it to the servicing department”
Also I am still waiting for a phone call back 2 weeks ago.
If it was a £1000 van i would understand that it’s not going to be perfect but it’s not a £1000 van.

Just bought our brand new car from Mike what a lovely knowledgeable man nothing is too much trouble and I even gave him a cuddle smashing genuine bloke. Stephen and Debbiex

Bought a van in December 2023 and there was plastic trims missing on the side skirt. Was told that they would order some for me. Nearly 4 months later I am still waiting for the parts.
The only person that’s helpful is the guy at reception.

Absolutely first class dealership, they took my Rav 4 and updated its software and did it very quickly.
My local toyota dealer I'm Stoke were basically useless.
Definitely going to W R Davies for all future work and probably to buy my next car.
Professional, thoughtfully and all round brilliant.

Disgusting and appalling service, shrewsbury branch.At the start of December had flat battery on prius,when we got it charged,it came up with a fault code,it would not start also front brakes locked on,so got it taken to wr Davies, after 4 days of not hearing anything i rang them for an update and was told they had not seen this code before, so i rang Toyota head office for some guidance, 2 hours later had the service manager from wr Davies on the phone, very irate tone he said "i do not appreciate head office emailing me,you are one of these who want the car fixed yesterday you know what i don't even want to fix it",those were his words with no exaggeration,, i wad stunned,,,2 days later i went up there to explain the situation to him,he had a different attitude then and said he would get on my prius 27th December,on the 4th of January, 6 weeks after they first had the car,still not hearing anything i rang for an update, ,,they still had not looked at it,a day later after going up there again was told it had been allocated a few hours next week, so in the 7th week got a call say to say i need a new hybrid battery and that may not solve the problem,very strange because there was no problem with anything at all before the flat battery 7 weeks before, so i got it moved to another garage, 2 days later got a call it was ready to be picked up all working as it should, the bill ,,,,£85,,,yep £85,absolutely disgusting service and attitude, be warned,i will never take my cars there again ,

A long story to review and unfortnately the 5 stars are not for the Company, however the 5 stars are for the excellent salesman Mike Allen (Telford) who we found to be a honest, polite, and an all round decent guy.

We were dealing with the Sales Manager regarding a purchase of a non franchised used vehicle. There was a couple of problems with the car so we had to return it due to the number of previous owners we were not informed of and MOT defects not rectified. However this is not a reflection on Mike, who is a really lovely guy and we actually felt sorry for him as he seemed to be stuck in the middle and quite apologetic for other peoples mistakes.

However, can't complain as they accepted the car back and refund made the same day. So well done WR Davies. I give you 3 stars but Mike definitely deserves 5 stars and a raise cause he's worth it!

We picked up our new Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Stafford - WR Davies (2004) Ltd last Monday and it was a great experience.

We were given coffee by the manager on arrival before the hand over of our new car by Nikki.

Nikki as always was very professional and she has the ability of making you feel part of the family, hence the long chat we has before the handover was completed.

We then got to unveiled our car and drive it out of the showroom which made the experience even more special.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone especially Nikki she is without doubt a great asset to the company .

When your DS (under original manufacturers warranty) warns you to stop driving and you are recovered to home by the RAC you might imagine your local DS Salon (WR Davies Stafford) would endeavour to see the car without delay. How about an appointment three weeks in the future!? Perhaps they are overwhelmed fixing other broken DS cars? And in the meantime DS Customer Assistance won’t provide a courtesy car until the car is with the dealer for diagnosis.

So it’s a big thank you to DS Salon Stafford (aka WR Davies Citroen) and DS Customer Assistance for leaving us high and dry.

We are (were) a longstanding customer of WR Davies and have purchased three cars (all new Nissan Qashqai) from them over the years. Our DS has been serviced exclusively by the WR Davies DS Salon Stafford for the last two years - although the stop/start function has never worked.

There was eventually a solution to the breakdown issue that didn’t involve a three week wait in limbo - thanks to the RAC picking the car up again and taking it 25 miles to another dealer (NOT part of the WR Davies group) and arranging a courtesy car. RAC 10/10 DS 0/10 WR Davies less than zero.

Lesson learned - no more Stellantis products (DS, Citroen, etc) on our drive and no more dealings with WR Davies.

Footnote: DS sold and replaced with a more reliable brand from a dealer who cares about their customers.

Absolutely appalling - zero customer service (Shrewsbury). I booked on line three weeks in advance with a loan car (booking confirmation affirms this). I get there at 8.30 (on time) following a 45min journey from 14 miles away. There is no loan car - they said one was not booked. When I showed the booking confirmation there was no real recognition of a failure on their side. No material effort was put into finding any resolution so I had to take car away unserviced - (walking 14 miles clearly not am option) Consequently nearly two hours wasted and I still need a service.

I note that this is not the first issue with loan cars and service I have had from this Shrewsbury branch.

Will not go there again.
