I dealt with Perdip he was fabulous on email with very fast responses and information on the car, answered any question I needed answering and more. Very friendly, helpful and not like your usual pushy, pestering sales person.

Thoroughly made buying my car such a great experience even with the stress of selling my old car elsewhere he made me laugh! Enjoyable from start to finish, well worth the 2.5 hour drive. Love the car too!

Jon met us on the wed to view & we quickly purchased the Car & got a good Trade in price for our Car. collected on the Sat at 11.50am & by 12.05 all the paperwork was done & we were on our way home. Car went in after a crash in December and they’ve returned it with so many faults, I cannot drive it. Looking at spending a lot of money on it a few weeks after I got it back. Now they’re saying it’s because of the age of the car. Worst service from any business I’ve ever received.

It was with them for six weeks. When I went back to collect it, there was a crack in the windscreen and there was an ABS sensor fault. They had told me it was chipped when it got there (from the crash) and they didn’t have to change it. The mechanic then told me a standard service would fix the ABS. I agreed to to bring it back a few days later to fix those problems. 5 miles from their building something fell off underneath the car. I had to pull over in a lay bay. I called them and they returned with the courtesy car (which also had a fault with the tyre pressure sensor). 10 days later I returned for my car. 2 weeks after we get it home the ABS light is flickering every now and again. I called them to ask if my parts were under warranty they said yes but the fault now is more likely to be because of the age of the car (63 plate Volvo 40). They told me to call my insurance and sort it with them. It doesn’t look like they’re going to do anything. 10 days ago the car went into limp mode. ABS fault, Engine misfire, DCTS failure and safe city breaking faults on the dash and car is in limp mode, WR davies not interested. Shocking business in Llangefni, North Wales

Worst decision made to take my car in for service here, should have looked for Nissan Westway center instead. Took my car in for Service and MOT, they declined to give me a courtesy car, the car ended up staying overnight. They made an error in the stamp records and when I addressed it to the admin manager she was unapologetic and rude!
I ordered some parts and paid for it. It’s been over a month and they still have not gotten gotten in touch, I phoned them last week and one of the receptionist acknowledged the part was already in store, then later declined that it wasn’t and that they would contact me..still waiting. Am disappointed a poor customer after service I’ve received so far, I had even discussed with one of the sales person about changing our car and he promised to get in touch but hasn’t bothered..being a Nissan customer for over 10yrs it’s high time I considered taking my loyalty elsewhere

We have a 2018 nissan navara 2.3 and the engine blew up just before Christmas it has been at WR Davies Telford nissan since then at first we were told it had a blown turbo oil return pipe then we were told it had a hole in the block and and that there were not going to repair it under warranty until all service history was provided which it then was and now we have been told that that a blown turbo caused the engine to blow which we were not told about when the vehicle went it to have it's 3RD!! turbo intercooler top pipe replaced which wasn't done because thay said that had already done 2 and don't want to do another one. they have made up lies after lies and excuse after excuse both WR Davies Telford and nissan are pathetic I would not recommend any nissan vehicle to anyone and I feel sorry for all the other hundreds of nissan navaras with the same problem if you do have one of theses trucks I would recommend getting rid of it as soon as possible.

Personally dissatisfied- no room for negotiation and car had 1/4 tank full. There was absolutely no room for negotiation, the car had corrosion that we only saw after because we didn’t know what it was. The insurance they give you has so many exclusions it means nothing…the person we liaised with was friendly and great but that’s not enough when you spend this much on a car…would’ve expected some money off and a full tank of petrol!

I have just bought my first Nissan through WR Davies in Telford. The excellent customer service from Michael Allen during previous phone call and emails, was the reason why I went there to make the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, all of my questions were answered fully.
I have made my previous purchases from another dealership where I have been for over 20 years so it took something pretty amazing for me to change to a different dealership.
Michael talk me through the vehicles available, the finance, and always with consideration with what I’d explained I need, and never pushy.

W R Davies are always friendly and helpful. The cars are kept exceptionally well and all the staff are always polite. I sometimes wait for up-to 5 hrs whilst my car is being worked on, the staff there are always accommodating and they don’t care how many free hot chocolates you have. Astonishing service, would recommend and they always wash my car fully before it’s handed back, absolutely brilliant!

Bought my lovely captur off ian evans. Brilliant salesman. Nice to have welsh speaking salesman. 5 star service. Highly recommend.

My concern was not addressed even though I had mentioned my concerns during phone calls prior to taking my car for servicing and stating those concerns on online check in forms. My car was at workshop for more than 5 hours and only 90-120 minutes were spent on car and it was a speedily done job with no attention paid to the concern highlighted by customer. I was given false or incorrect information that hybrid does not derive power from battery pack when reversing. My concerns are rebuffed, minimised, excuses or defensive responses given to my concerns. When I got a call from service advisor he refused to even tell me what he understood my concerns were as if it was below his level which is normal practice to reassure customer that one knows and understand what customer is stating. Anything I said was interrupted or an excuse was given which really didn’t solve my problem!

I wish Id read these reviews before buying.

Bought a Toyota Aygo from Telford branch. Asked how many owners it had. Was told there was just the one. A few days later got the log book, I am owner number 3! When I raised it, Mitch the salesman, stated he can't remember me asking. His manager was there. Flat out lied. They don't know Jack all about cars. Avoid if you can and go elsewhere! They see women and think we are stupid.

My wife and I have planned to buy a Toyota Hilux for years. We were finally in the position to purchase one in September 2021 so we ordered one straight away. We have had nothing but regret since.
WR Davies Toyota Shrewsbury have made this an awful experience.
We placed our order and paid a deposit in September 2021. We were told that the estimate delivery would be March 2022. We planned for our lease to end with our car at the time at the end of March. Having not heard anything until February 2022 I rang the garage. I was told that the salesman had left and they had not got round to following up his sales. I was then told that the estimated delivery would be July 2022. We made plans to borrow my son’s car.
Again we heard nothing until July 2022 so I rang again to be told that it was delayed further to be around September 2022. I was growing very impatient at this point not just with the wait but with the fact I was having to chase WR Davies for updates.
When I heard nothing again and September came I went into the garage and said how sad I was at the whole situation and how I didn’t feel like a valued customer.
I was told the vehicle was built and was on a ship on route to the UK. The estimated delivery would be the end of October 2022. I decided to ring every two weeks to check as I was sure they wouldn’t ring me. The end of October came and finally someone contacted me saying delivery would be the 1st November and they would send the finance paperwork to complete. I completed this immediately. Again I heard nothing on the 1st November so
I rang at 1700 to be told it hadn’t landed and it would take 3-5 days when it did. I have since found having rang today that it is delayed again until the 21st November. I have now formally complained via email. I strongly suggest if you want to purchase a vehicle steer well clear of WR Davies Shrewsbury as my experience has been so bad.

After searching long and hard for a 3dr Golf R in Lapiz blue, I finally came across one with low mileage and full VW service history at W R Davies in Telford. After sending an email to enquire about the car, I was contacted less than 5 mins later by the salesman Neil. Who from start to finish was absolutely brilliant with keeping me updated and was always just a phone call or text away. The car was superbly presented after having a scratched drivers door painted and was immaculately clean inside and out on collection.
I would highly recommend W R Davies Telford to anyone looking for a no pressure and well informed purchase of their next vehicle. Neil is a top bloke and the perfect example of how a car salesman should operate.

Have bought 2 Dacias from this garage and found their after sales very poor .Had my car serviced there and after 4 weeks had a warning light come on , rang them and they refused to look at my car for an other 3 weeks person responsible was very agresive.

Just had a run in with one of the ford employees from Llangefni.. gobbing off at me because he wanted me to move my car so he could park my older neighbours car in her drive, which she is able to do everyday without issue and without me having to move my car which is on the opposite side of the road. When i highlighted this, the driver got all shirty with me and started gobbing off, learn to drive and park instead of getting gobby with people!

The lack of response to these comments should also be enough to show that this company does not care about customer base but only on getting your hard earned cash, avoid them like the plague!

We have just purchased our first Nissan Juke from WR Davies in Telford - we went around all the garages in Telford as we were not sure what car we wanted. The salesman Michael Allen was extremely helpful and seemed very knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble - and his customer service was excellent and very professional- would highly recommend WR Davies

We Brought a Nissan Juke from them they were brilliant Simon Cutlip was such a lovely man no pushing you in to buying the car very helpful and couldn’t be more helpful when we collected the car he spend a good time showing us how to use everything on the car really pleased with this garage we definitely be back
