Feels very hit and miss, while I understand the basic calculation method used , results are oftenat odds with app usage! Buyer beware

Good customer service …
Rohan in customer service was very helpful in explaining my bills and energy usage. He was also patient to listen and understand all questions I had as a first time customer. It’s only been a month of using Yuno and I have had no troubles so far.
