Great customer service
I rang to change my tariff. I was dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner by a knowledgeable person ant Yuno energy by the name of Gwyneth. she talked me through the changes and made sure I was happy with everything before we finalised.

We had a lovely experience talking on the helpline with Gwyneth. She helped us get out contract switched from the standard to the EV on that we had accidentally selected. There was only a couple of minutes waiting time too.
