Zapmap Avis 

Had an issue with the E-Mail address on my Zapmap account which was undoubtedly my own mistake. However, I asked for a little help from Zapmap customer support and the issue was fixed pretty much immediately. Good quality service from their customer support team. Thanks to Eleonora Nikolai’s for resolving the issue.

Quick and correct response!” I had to cancel for health reasons and instead of an argument I got an accurate response within a few hours . And everything worked as promised!

Great app being using it for last 7 years, shame you can’t submit new chargers that you find like back in the bad old days!

I had an issue with a transaction on my bank account. I emailed the customer services department who responded within a couple of hours and the matter was resolved the next day. The service was excellent and the explanation given was clear and very comprehensive. Thank you to those involved.

I have many EV charging apps on my phone but the one I use all the time is Zapmap. The mapping and searching finds suitable chargers and the chat is allways very useful to find out if the chargers are working and pick up any tips.

Zap Map is excellent. I always use it before a trip somewhere to identify conviently located chargers and check user feedback on reliability etc. On a recent trip to Carlisle I found there were 7kw chargers in a car park 5 minutes walk from my hotel and the parking was even cheaper than the hotel’s. Easy to filter by network and/or charger power. It’s a great app .

Zapmap was my go to app to find charging places while I was travelling around in my EV. It always seemed to be easy to use and pretty accurate.

Even after 10 years of owning a electric vehicle Zap Map is still tops in my opinion.
It is very informative on the different sites, which must be difficult to keep up with.
Here`s to the next 10 years, keep up the good work.

Factual information at the touch of a button. Easy navigation to charge points.
The best EV owners site at a glance as it has them all with good filters.
Anything wrong and once you tell them it will be updated so other users have a good experience.

Zapmap doesn’t have all the chargers near me. Is missing several sites.
Even after filling in a corn saying where the sites are, they’ve still not appeared.

I had a problem getting my Zapmap charge card to work at an EV charging station. It wasn't an insurmountacle problem at the time because I was able to use my contactless Visa card to charge my car. I prefer to use the Zapmap card if possible though.
I contacted Zapmap support on 9th December. I had a reply by email from Ryan Bury at the support centre.
He asked a few questions about my problem, I replyed, and got detailed instructions from Ryan the next day.
The problem was solved and everything was sorted within 48hrs.

Took £60 and yet the charger was broken and wouldn’t release .App is crap , no one to speak to .Wont use again .

A must have app for EV owners. We use it to quickly and easily identify charging points when we plan long journeys. It shows how many charging points are at each site, and if any are out of order, which removes the stress and guesswork. My only bug bear; it's sometimes hard to see road names and motorway junction numbers on the map. The more you zoom in, the smaller they get!

I signed up with Zapmap after having my new E V charger installed. I had a small problem with setting up my new card but phoned and got straight through they were very helpful and sorted my problem in a few minutes. Thousands of EV chargers all over the country so no problem getting charged up when we are on our long trips.

If you're thinking of getting an EV then you need zapmap. I haven't found another app that does the job of checking what chargers are available as well as zapmap. I had an issue with my subscription but the support were really good and helped get to the cause of the issue.

Easy to navigate

Amber on the support side has been fantastic and has been the only one who seems to be willing to help, we are public charger owner and we operate Monta chargers which are meant to automatically show up on Zapmap from their partnership but when calling and email ended up with both sides saying it's the fault of the other I was left at a loss what to do. That's when I got through the Amber, who took charge and became a great point of contact, liaising with both sides and pushing for a fix to be activated, which it now has been and we are live on the site.

I respect that ZapMap team actively seek feedback, and aim to inform and increase the uptake of EVs.

I don’t often travel long distances - their app isn’t perfect but it does help ease my anxiety. And the charge card - so helpful and useful!
Whenever I have a panic wobble, or found a problem or something I don’t understand in the app, reaching out gets a full, understandable and human response.
Nice people to deal with.

When i went in to the card menu the credit was there, so i presume card is set up, ready to go.
