I have taken car policy with zenith…

I have taken car policy with zenith insurance in May and in June they cancelled my insurance stating that they have not received my documents which I have sent to them twice on they're email, we I've called them to find out what the issue is, they said that they haven't received any of my documents through they're email that they have provided me with, I've been on the phone with them to rezolv this issue with no success, I've asked to have my deposit back and they've asked me to pay for another month although the insurance was cancelled with no refund from them whatsoever, I have never come across an insurance company this inapt to resolve a problem all they ask is money, please stay clear of this insurance company, they rob people of they're money.

Cancelled my policy without any notice…

Cancelled my policy without any notice and didn’t inform me until the day after
Cancelled.
They did not ask me to send proof of no claims
Was told on phone they may ask for it and never was
An absolute terrible company to deal with
Very difficult to contact
Would strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with this company.

got the price from confused.com witch…

got the price from confused.com witch looked ok, go to site and the price jumped by a couple of hundred pounds, contacted zenith, unable to tell me why.
this needs sorting.
I am not a valued customer, I had little choice at the time as a new car was imminent, I will have more time to shop around next year

If you cancel within your 14 days be carful of their crazy high and hidden fee’s stay clear and go with an actual insurance company not these bssi companies

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the £30 arrangement fee that applies to cancel a policy within the first 14 days.
We do aim to be as transparent as possible and disclose this fee along with our other fees at the point of sale so that customers can make an informed choice before choosing us.

They do listen if you complain

I took out insurance in May 2026 and it was cancelled by the company 30 days later, They have arranged a refund that is £200 LESS than I was originally charged. This is sharp practice and it needs to be called out. Disgusting.

1 July UPDATE: I am happy to say that Zenith have listened, responded and actively sought to rectify this situation. Well done Zenith! Pleased to see that you are a company who cares.
