Good & Discrepancy Sorted Quickly
I insured by phone, to make sure they had all the correct info. The guy I spoke with was excellent. There was a sticky moment the following day when I received an email saying the insurance was cancelled due to a discrepancy in information but I emailed, asked them to listen to the call and received confirmation that all was okay the following day. So, yes, I would recommend this brokerage.

I started a new policy with yourselfs , I had another van with 10 years no claims, you sent me a horrible letter saying you wanted proof of no claims or policy would be more than 3 times the premium I signed up for.z my current insurer won’t let me have a proof as policy is still running I have no choice but cancel not happy at all

We appreciate that obtaining proof of No Claims Discount can be difficult when an existing policy is still active. Unfortunately, proof is required to validate the discount applied to a policy, and where this cannot be provided, the premium may be affected.
