7yr + insurance with Zest

I've been insured with Zest for a number of years now, every single time ive call them for a repair, my experience has been always very accommodating with my times and dates for when im available ,always helpful on the phone and very polite. Im in the South East and yesterday an Engineer call Alex attended, what a nice polite, respectful and efficient experience ,giving me tips on how to look after my machine, personally I could of asked for a better service from Zest,I recommend this company most definitely and Alex is a credit amongst others in the Zest team in my opinion. Five star.

Polite and on time

The engineer gave a rough time when he was coming he was polite and helpful came in-between the time stated and explained what needed to be done and did the job with no trouble seems to be working ok already had the parts ordered already as he looked at it when he came for the washer two days before

Had a policy with Zest for a few years…

Had a policy with Zest for a few years now and this is only the second time I’ve needed to call them and sadly each time it’s taken nearly 2 weeks to fix something quite simple. Won’t be renewing my policy.

Terrible Service
I have been waiting for my tumble dryer to be fixed since December 23rd 2025. Zest is still taking £29.20 per month from my bank account and my tumble dryer is still broken.
