Terrible Service
I have been waiting for my tumble dryer to be fixed since December 23rd 2025. Zest is still taking £29.20 per month from my bank account and my tumble dryer is still broken.

Zest engineer

The engineer from Dual Fix Ltd first came and assessed the problem with my oven. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He told me he had to order the parts for the door. After just 4 days he returned to Complete the job. Again problem was fixed in less than 30mins. I am very happy overall with the service I received from Zest.

First time using zest had a problem…

First time using zest had a problem with my washer dryer and they sorted it straight away was very happy with the service Janis was a lovely person very friendly got on with his job he had to come back with the parts witch wasn’t a problem was sorted really quick

We were very pleased with the service provided by Dave during his visit to our property. He did an excellent job and completed the work to a very high standard. Throughout the visit, Dave was extremely kind, polite, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and ensured everything was left tidy and working perfectly.
It was a pleasure having him attend our property, and we truly appreciate the care and attention he put into his work. We would be very happy to have Dave return for any future work and would highly recommend him.

Not happy not very clear nor seem be…

Not happy not very clear nor seem be aware what doing when came after 10 days had book again parts another 7 days then after gone on first trying delvoped nasty clattering sound spinning wasent there before pump packed it tried days contact which hard work for reasons . Rearly dont need this.just replied on here carnt locate me just replied email sent days ago too saying looking in to it ..must be stoch mist invisable.

Customer service agent Bee was very helpful & polite….Bee dealt with my enquiry quickly and transferred me to my account manger to discuss an upgrade. Thank you Bee. It’s just a shame appointments can’t be agreed with the agent whilst on the call.

My dryer broke

My dryer broke, I phoned Zest on Sunday, they had an engineer out on Tuesday, it needed to be a manufacture repair, they came the following Monday & my dryer is now fixed.
It was a quick & easy process.
I would definitely recommend Zest

Everything was really smooth from…

Everything was really smooth from booking to fixing. They sent an engineer from authorised bosch dealer. He fixed it quickly and was very friendly. Everything was cleaned up after the fix.

What a fantastic company Zest are

What a fantastic company Zest are - was called back after leaving a message with their answering service on Sunday !!!! Silvia dealt with the problem with my fridge/freezer she was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with - customer service amazing thanks Zest and thanks Silvia and Patrick on the answering service !

A Cut Above...

I had 22 appliances insured with Domestic and General, and their service was so breathtakingly bad, I switched to Zest. Wasn't sure if it would just be the same again, but I've had an absolutely brilliant service from Zest from start to finish. Their response is so fast. They're polite, intelligent and careful to get the details right. They kept me informed all the way through the process, and I have to say a big thank you to Janis, who did and excellent job of repairing a dishwasher and an oven in one of my houses. He texted me to confirm his time of arrival, turned up when he said he would, and did an excellent job of the two repairs.
