Great experience
We met with Michael Goldinger about putting a stairlift in for dad’s house. Michael was very informative and answered all of our questions. Besides his knowledge, he was very respectful and compassionate of my dad’s situation. A very positive experience.

Acorn's customer service is stellar
Acorn's customer service is stellar! This past week my very elderly parents had a problem with their stairlift. The 1-800 customer service folks were kind and understanding, and contacted the local Acorn service folks to see what could be done quickly since regular scheduling was a few days out. Lo and behold the manager in the SF Bay Area pulls a rabbit out of his hat (thank you Mr. Manager!), and Super Technical Guy Gordon showed up at their doorstep hours later to save the day. Thank you Acorn. This is a company of caring professionals who really care and are great at their jobs. Especially in the San Francisco Bay Area. My parents have been customers for 10 years and are huge Acorn fans.

Wonderful Acorn sales experience
Salesman John Dopp called and left me a message saying he was arriving a little before 3:30 schedule time. It was very nice of him to do that.
Professional, friendly knowledgeable explained how the whole chairlift worked verbally and visually pointed things out in the pamphlet.
Explained while making measurements.
how stairlift works when you’re at the bottom and what you do when you get to the top of the stairs, the Emergency features.
Understood my husband and I were giving this info for my father-in-law.
He left us with a no pressure quote, which I will be sharing with my father-in-law.
When I originally filled out the inquiry about Acorn Stairlifta sweet proffessional representative called me to set the appointment and answer any questions I had.
Acorn head office called Holiday asking how everything went.

Nancy was an amazing sales person
Nancy was an amazing sales person. If you have any doubts about having a stairlift installed she puts you at ease with being so knowledgeable. Then Victor comes and installs it and he does an excellent job installing and explaining the ins and outs of how it operates. Best decision I’ve made in a long time.

We were initially happy with our lift…
We were initially happy with our lift purchased for my mother(86). However, service has been difficult. We had to what for a repair for several days. Less than six months later, same issue. We set up an appointment for the next day, time arrives, we get a call the technician’s truck is broken down. The company was very quick to try to sell us a service contract, but not ready to show up in our time of need.
