Great Service!
Michael Goldinger was wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable, and friendly to our cats! We ended up scheduling installation for the Acorn 130 right hand stairlift the same day. Can’t wait to have Dad try it out!

Highly recommend
After years contemplating getting a stair lift, the time finally came when I no longer had a choice. I researched different companies and decided on Acorn. When Matthew Herko showed up to measure and talk about options available, I knew I had made the right choice. Not only did Matthew answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns, but he really put my mind and heart to ease. Matthew is professional and knowledgeable. A pleasing service update.
My wife has relied on our Acorn Stairlift for years, so we were concerned when it ran much slower than usual one evening and called for service. It turned out that it had simply gone into "safety mode" and there was no real problem. Gordon, the technician, explained exactly what happened and installed an updated board. He had it running like new, and was so helpful and pleasant. Kudos to Gordon and Acorn.

Professional, knowledgeable service man.
The young professional and knowledgeable man was Kevin. He was extremely nice to my mom and answered all her questions. He took chair apart, cleaned brushes, oiled track , checked battery. He was very smart about the acorn chair! Very knowledgeable and we will be asking for "Kevin" the next time we need help!!!!
