The claim required a LOT of pages of documentation from the vet (19) to be scanned and emailed (or posted) Then a further delay because they hadn't said up front that they needed confirmation from the vet that I'd already paid.

Unfortunately, with any first claim on a policy, we do request the full clinical history of your pet, sometimes this can be lengthy depending on each pets history and how old your pet may be when the first claim may arise. Very helpful and patient
Very helpful and patient when covering everything the Policy offers. Hopefully we will have a happy and healthy puppy for life and not need Insurance but if their Sales staff is anything to go by I have no doubt the assistance will be there if it is needed.

I'm really pleased with the company and insurance provided by them. I purchased first insurance for our pup in case of any accident. First claim was resolved really fast. Was very pleasantly surprised in this day and age that when I rang several times I was treated really well. Never too long waiting and always a pleasant understanding and understandable person on the other end. No robots!!!

Excellent Customer Care
First time doing business with PetInsure so it's too early to say how things would go in the unlikely event of a claim. However, I was impressed with the courteous but frank approach to presales by their customer care. The policy premium seems to be competitive too, although one would wish that certain breeds are not penalised so heavily with exclusions and additional excess. This seems to be the standard practice with the insurance firms that we have checked and it is not clear if these cover limitations are accounted for with a reduced premium.
