Niamh sorted out my query online and was very helpful. I’ve deducted a star however for not being able to physically speak with someone. There is no contact number to dial, which meant I had to be at my computer to mange the interaction effectively. This frustrates me about many companies these days (and I’m not that old). Just prefer a personal touch to business.
