Very fast delivery however needed to change size as were too small, even though normal size however they don’t do exchanges. So you have to return, then re order again so too much hassle so will order... Voir plus

Unable to comment in quality of the boots yet as Purchased for a Christmas present so unused or worn yet and dispatched by a third party not direct from Toms so hopefully all good once used and don’t need to go through any customer service problems.

VITAL BUYER INFORMATION HIDDEN IN SMALL PRINT

Purchased what I thought were regular sized sketchers. The main heading said nothing about them being a wide fit shoe. This is their heading” Women's Ultra Flex 3.0 - Brilliant Trainer”. They arrived and were huge as they are wide fit. I asked if they would pay for the return as they weren’t as described. Received a reply to say it says they are wide fit in the description. Well the description requires the buyer to click on the description button and go to the very last words which then says wide fit. It couldn’t be more hidden. Why would a company not put something as important as they are not a regular size in the heading? Other companies clearly state what you are buying upfront. I believe I have been mis-sold to and very let down. Reading the reviews I can see that others have had to return these trainers too as the shoes are too big. It’s obvious that the description needs to be clearer. Making customers pay to return an item when they are at fault is not right.

Be careful before you order, there is no option to canel the order


I had made one order and I had to cancel due delivery date is after the date I planned to go for holidays. So I tried to cancel the order but, there is no option to cancel the order and they are not responsive to email. Only a auto responding message is receiving without having a contact person or number. While speaking to customer care number, I found that non one can cancel the order but need to take delivery and retur, which take a lot time. I strongly disagree to FHW regarding not having the option for cancelling the orders by online.

Mistakes happen and it’s the resolution that’s important

To be fair FHW have offered a 10% discount which I have accepted. To acknowledge a mistake is refreshing and of course none of us are prefect.

Bought on line used my new address which my credit card is also registered to.
Goods went to my old address, finally spoke to customer care and it’s my fault apparently?

By the time we processed your email, your order had already been dispatched. This is because soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and adjustments or cancellations may not be possible. I understand that our recommendation to ring our customer service number immediately may not have been clear, and for that, I apologise.

I understand how frustrating it must be to experience a delay in our response, especially after taking the proactive step to notify us promptly. Our team is dedicated to addressing customer concerns efficiently, but regrettably, the high volume of queries sometimes leads to delays in response times.

Disappointed

The delivery was quick but unfortunately one shoe was damaged. I emailed with pictures showing the damaged shoe but did not get a response. I have posted the shoes back, at a cost to me of £4.59 postage.
I then emailed customer support with a copy of the postage as I feel that I should not be out of pocket if the goods were faulty, I received a response saying it will take 14 days to process and a further 5-7 days to receive a refund for the shoes. No mention of sorry for the inconvenience or acknowledgement for the receipt of postage to be refunded as a goodwill gesture.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a damaged shoe, and I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Although it is advised to bear with us due to a high volume of queries, we did respond to your email the following day, but I understand if it felt like a long wait. Regarding the return postage for faulty items, our policy states that customers should contact us before returning any faulty items. This is so we can supply you with a free returns label.

As previously mentioned, we did reply to you the following day, but you had already returned your parcel at this point, so unfortunately, there was nothing we could do as we are unable to refund the return postage costs that you have paid for.

Although we are unable to refund your return postage costs, we have contacted you separately to try to make things right, so please look out for an email from us in your inbox.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
