The company recognised the problem promptly, and responded by returning our payment straightaway. When using the web site some of the buttons are very sensitive and it is easy to accept things when just browsing. Anyway alls well that ends well.

Very quick service, is it too good to be true?
Very quick service, I am suspicious of quick seemingly smooth order procedure, but it may just be a wonderful service, in which case, I am impressed. What I didn't like is that there were about 4 different product offers forced on me before I could confirm and check out. I felt forced to buy something else, which I didn't. The "no, thanks" was in such small letters, that it was easy to miss. That didn't seem very honest to me.

Compromise
although it did take a bit of work and compromise from all parties, we did come to a viable completion.
I am happy with the results and I didnt need to wait forever for credit. I t was basically immediate. Very happy.
