The whole process was simple

The whole process was simple, the details were correct, the driver was brilliant, very pleasant and very helpful. Which is rare these days, he was on time, i love the live tracking so we knew exactly where he was in relation to our delivery. Thank you we shall use you again that is for sure.

Fantastic experience from start to…

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
So pleased with our choice - scoured the market and the price seemed too good to be true, but SO happy with what we chose. The quality is incredible and around half the price of a similar product in The Range. Delivery was quick and the courier app kept us fully informed of his movements all day so we knew when to expect delivery. We can highly recommend this company and their product! 👍😊👍

2 lots of grass pre cut was ordered. one was cut short

2 lots of grass pre cut was ordered. One size was as ordered, the other was 6" short. Dissappointing.

You don't mention whether you reported this issue to our Customer Service Team. We have a friendly team on hand 7 days a week to assist with any queries or concerns our customers may have. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with an order, we are happy to collect and replace items as long as they remain unaltered.

Shocking customer service for delivery…

Shocking customer service for delivery of goods. Failed delivery date and now having to wait up to 4 working days for an error of the business side of delivery.
I have workmen on site who had scheduled work on the basis of delivery to be let down by not receiving goods on time and lack of communication.

Please note my delivery was failed by this company not once but on 2 occasions! Very very disappointing!

The vast majority of our deliveries proceed on the date and within the timeslot we provide at dispatch. There are many reasons why deliveries may fail, and they are typically caused by factors beyond our control, such as loading issues or driver sickness, etc. We understand that this can be frustrating and inconvenient. We are committed to rearranging your delivery at the earliest opportunity; however, based on your location, this can take up to 4 working days.

For this reason, we advise that landscapers, fitters, and other third parties are not booked until the items have been received and checked. We are sorry if you missed this information when placing your order.

Amazing! Looks spot on

Excellent product and good value for money.

The sample doesn’t do justice to an entire garden of the grass - I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it came out.
