I Love Meet and Greet Avis 

Seamless from start to finish polite staff booking was easy and the price was right thank you it helped our holiday I knew I was safe with you guys always professional and no hanging around *****

The drop off was quick to do as we phoned ahead as we're meant to.

Collection of car was about 20 minutes or more
Although the guy did appologies and said they were very busy.

Car was as it was when I dropped it off and would still use the company again.

Trustworthy and helpful , a bit of a wait coming home but otherwise excellent.

Generally a very good experience. Meet and greet is always the best way to travel especially when your flight is at difficult times

Last time we had to wait 20 minutes for the car to arrive when we came home . This wasn’t the best as we had young children and it was late .

Absolutely Terrible service. When I called the mobile phone to tell them I was approaching the airport, no one picked up. I also called the office line and again no one picked up. No one was at the car park and there were no clear signs/bays marked I Love Meet and Greet. I had to resort to parking at the long stay car park which is exactly what I wanted to avoid and exactly the reason why I initially booked I Love Meet and Greet. Meet and Greet have refused to give me a refund.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Was not kept waiting at either drop off or pick up. Money well spent especially when travelling with 3 children. Took off a little of the stress. Was able to just get in my car and drive home. My car was waiting for me when I arrived at the collection point. My sister booked her car with another firm and waited 2 hours for her car. I was home and half unpacked when they delivered her car. Excellent company and wonderful staff.

Great service at both departure and arrival. Thoroughly recommended.

Quick and reliable

So easy to just drive straight to the airport, drop your keys to the driver, collect your little personal card for when you come home and collect at the same place as your dropped it. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. The service is so much quicker than waiting for a taxi. I called once we collected our luggage and were walking through customs, by the time I walked over to the entrance my car was just pulling up. I now use meet and greet all the time.

5 star, if I could give 6 stars I would.. i very used this company a lot of times now and never let down.. 1st class service departing and arriving. The best by far

Went for the drop off at car park on arrival and meet and greet in the pick up. All pretty good, a slightly mixed bag service wise. On arrival the guy that signed our car in was fairly unprofessional and a little rude which put us off. However a chap called Rob who took us from the car park to the airport was first class, very friendly which pulled it around. On the whole a decent outfit just the odd jobs worth unfortunately.

We have used I love meet and greet many times and never had a problem, unlike a few of the others that are a little cheaper but have you waiting around.

Shocking service way below the expected level

Brilliant service! I've always used Stansted official meet and greet however they were fully booked so I had to look for an alternative as I have some mobility issues. I love meet and greet was far,far cheaper than the official Stansted service, plus the pick up and drop off is at the express set down which meant even less walking for me and no queues to contend with. You just need to call them when you're 5 to 10 minutes away and you are met at the express set down. On the return, just call once through baggage and customs and they will come to you within 6 to 7 minutes. I've never had any problems with using the official Stansted meet and greet in general, however, I do wish I had discovered I love meet and greet much sooner. Staff really friendly, booking online really easy, rates extremely competitive, a great service all round. Thank you!

I have been using ILM&G for over ten years at both Stansted and Gatwick. Always used the Meet and Greet option as my wife is disabled so realiability is issential. The service has always been great, the operatives are always punctual and friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very easy to book, location was easy to navigate, staff at sight were very professional, friendly and informative.
Collecting vehicle was also straight forward and close to departure exit.
