I Love Meet and Greet Avis 

Very easy to book, location was easy to navigate, staff at sight were very professional, friendly and informative.
Collecting vehicle was also straight forward and close to departure exit.

The website was a bit glippy we wondered why the price had gone up when we returned to the site and discovered when we got our confirmation through we had got an extra week by mistake. We were able to collect the car early but not refunded. On drop-off we were asked if we minded another family coming with us and we said not but then we ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to be ready then. Then the valet service on return we spend 10 minutes trying to get through to the customer service line and then had to wait 25 further minutes for our car to be dropped off. Would have been far quicker and cheaper to use the normal car parks.

I Love Meet and Greet are so efficient - called 10 mins out from Gatwick at 6:00 in the morning and they were right where they said they'd be at drop off. On the return at 3:30am they were exactly where they said they'd be. We didn't have to wait on the out bound or inbound meets - great value and perfect service - i always use them at Gatwick!

We have used I Love M and G twice a year for the last 5years and never had any issues. During that time I have left 2 new cars with less than 200 miles on the clock with them. This was just that the new cars delivery coincided with holiday time. Both cars returned in condition I left them in. This should show my faith in this company. Worry free parking !

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy. Drop off and pick up very efficient. All staff I met or dealt with on the phone were polite, friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again.

We have used this service for the last 4 holiday and they are always polite and helpful. We have never experienced a problem everything is so straightforward and easy. We will always use them and the price is very competitive too. Could not ask for much more.

This was the second time I have used I love meet and greet. We leave our car at their parking and they drop you to your terminal. When you get back they bring the car to the airport so you can go straight home. Brilliant service. The drivers are friendly. Professional and do a brilliant job. The price is so much cheaper than airport parking. Highly recommend them. Don’t hesitate to book.

Just use the long stay car park, it will be way quicker, less stress, and you know your car won't be stored in a dirt car park. The service I booked through these guys was not a meet and greet at all and shouldn't have been described as such.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE!. They have no care for your safety or your property!! I booked this from my Tui app thinking it would be a credible company as it was linked to Tui - WRONG! I left my 9 year old Qashqai there and when I collected it the gears were popping out as I was driving. I was not informed that there were any issues with the car even though a driver had driven it to the pick up point, so must have known. They let me and the kids get in it and it wasn't until I was on the motorway that I realised the extent of the damage to the gearbox. I pulled over and called them as I didn't know what to do. I was told to email customer services, which wasn't open at the time. There was zero empathy and zero accountability. They said they were not responsible for any mechanical damage - it was fine when I left it with them and they confirmed that. I took it to Nissan and the mechanic said it was likely someone was forcing the gears but it can't be proved. The guy who dropped it off to me couldn't even park it properly so I'm not surprised he also didn't know how to drive it. My car was effectively written off as the damage they caused was more than the value of the car. I managed to trade it in for £400 and had to buy a new car as it was undriveable and I need it for work. I had also paid for a valet and noticed part of the upholstery had been ripped and not put back properly. The level of English of the drivers is poor too. They admitted absolutely nothing, effectively trying to blame it on me. Tui blamed Holiday Extras as they own this company, and Holiday Extras wanted nothing to do with it. In the end, I had to take the hit (around £2.5k). the worst of it was that they let us all get in that car knowing they had seriously damaged it, a massive risk to our health and safety. It's appalling. The only remedy left to me is to leave this review and try to discourage anyone else from making the same mistake. Had I read the reviews on here in the first place I would not have booked as I see they already have a very low rating - unsurprising. The only thing that does surprise me is that Tui is still associating with them...
