She is pro-active and efficient in all aspects of its management, exceptionally prompt, polite and friendly. Long may she remain as my contact with Jacksons. I would give Kimberley a 5 star rating: the 4 stars reflects an earlier period a few years ago when I was not fully satisfied with Jacksons' service.

I have known Shernitta for a few years now and she has never disappointed me. She is a very likeable person and easy to talk to. She has the ability to find solutions whether on technical issues or more problematic ones. She also has the ability to understand various perspectives and excel in finding creative solutions to challenges, making it more likely to reach satisfying resolutions for all parties involved.

Avoid renting with these agents at all costs.

Jacksons pressured me into signing a tenancy agreement and paying move moneys some 7 weeks before my move in date. They proceeded to fail to get the landlord to sign and left me without a home 1 week before my move-in day.

They have continued to hold my money and not offered me any compensation for the situation they put me in.

I had a great experience with Jacksons and our estate agent Katy made the process of searching for a property easy and enjoyable. She was very friendly, transparent and responsive throughout. I couldn't recommend Jacksons and Katy more. 5 Stars!

This was a great stay from 7/7-10/7 staff were great and the room was lovely clean and spacious food & drink fabouless. We can't wait to come back we enjoyed it so much excellent.

Coerced into signing a longer contract than originally offered against the wishes of the landlady, refusal to allow tenant replacement and a new tenancy agreement with longterm tenants providing no downside to their bottom line and terrible communication if you're just a tenant.

We have been in contact with Neve Fitzgerald from the Earlsfield office from the outset of our transaction to buy a property in Earlsfield. She has been superb to deal with, attending efficiently to any queries whilst linking effectively with all parties. We are very satisfied with Neve and would thoroughly recommend her. Thanks Neve. Avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service throughout the tenancy, but particularly on vacating the property. Any opportunity to take your money, the Clapham office will - hidden fees and deductions are a constant. Incompetence is often masked with a perceived 'busyness' in their office and communication is severely lacking. Relaying false information between the landlord and tenants was a nice touch too. I won't be ever using this estate agent again.

As soon as the lease agreement was signed it has been a nightmare and ever since...

Broken shower never fixed after 1 month, major leak from roof never investigated, power outage within the flat ...
Adding on top of that a messy flat with dirts , carpets and nothing clean before we moved in.
And bad feeling of no one caring even though the rent is expensive.
