So disappointed that we purchased from Marquis Tewksbury as the whole experience leaves a bad taste!.

Their after sales care might as well be none existent with the lack of empathy or interest that they show.

A brand new van of which the care is not there from day one of purchase, what's it going to be like 12mths down the line. No aircon from day one - "not our problem, speak to Fiat". Electric plug-in flap broken prior to collection - That has now been replaced although it was not ordered until we had to chase 2wks down the line. Dent in roof (only visible on ladder) - "Can't comment on that". Faulty intermittent water tank sensor - "Cant find a fault, needs to come in when it's faulty".

Does make me wonder whether a PDI was actually done.

If you have a choice to go elsewhere take it and keep well away from these misfits!

Just bought our second motorhome from Marquis of Newbury. Excellent the first time and so no hesitation in returning. Had the van of interested to us in stock (New Benimar Tessoro 463) and ended up buying it and collecting within a few days, trading in our 18 month old Tessoro 481. Again, excellent service and very easy, smooth process, Ashley obviously knows his stuff, very freindly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The other staff (Admin, other sales staff and workshop for handover) also very helpful and friendly.

We recently collected our Panama campervan from Marquis, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

The communication throughout was excellent, the part-exchange was handled smoothly, and the handover was thorough without ever feeling rushed. It was clear that the team genuinely wanted us to be completely happy and confident before we drove away.

Buying a campervan is a big decision, but the team at Marquis made it feel special and exciting. We absolutely love our Panama and are already looking forward to all the adventures ahead.

We purchased a caravan back in March and the after sales care is just as good as pre-sales. Karen in particular is very helpful and sorted all queries we’ve had really quickly. We have friends who purchased from a different dealer and they haven’t experienced the same after care that we have. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a caravan or motorhome.

First time i have used Marquis service centre. I found everything went really smooth. All the staff from booking to technician were really friendly and explained everything about the job I had asked them to do. No complaints and everything completed on time. Will be using them again for future service work on our motorhome.

I spent a few weeks researching options online for a new campervan and looked at over 30 models available in the region before finding Marquis Motorhomes and Caravans in Exeter. Looking back, I could have saved myself a lot of time if I had gone there in the first place!
Martin responded to my initial enquiry and took the time to call me to discuss the various options. I arranged to visit and look at the Benimar range, and when I found a particular model I was interested in, Martin went the extra mile to arrange for it to be transported from another branch so I could view it in person.
From start to finish, Martin handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful throughout, while never putting me under any pressure to make a decision. He gave me plenty of time and space to look around, consider my options and make up my own mind, but was always on hand whenever I needed advice or assistance. That made the whole buying experience relaxed and enjoyable.
When it came to collection, Leah managed the handover and was fantastic. She gave me a very thorough demonstration of the campervan and took the time to explain the various systems and their operation clearly, making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marquis Motorhomes and Caravans in Exeter. I’m genuinely delighted that I found them and I’m 100% happy with my purchase. A huge thank you to Martin, Leah and Jason for all their help and assistance throughout the process.

First Habitation Check for Autosleeper Warwick XL at Tewkesbury Branch. Organised by Aimee who was very pleasant and an obvious asset to the company as the “Front door”. Her personality makes her eminently suitable for her role. The check went through and they even found a small issue which was rectified at the time. Handily the service depot is a short walk from the Cotswold Outlet shopping centre and Dobies Garden Centre to while away the three hours the check took. Already booked in by Aimee for next year!

Great buying experience, the guys at Marquis at Chieveley made buying our new motorhome an absolute pleasure. From our initial visit when Lee was more than happy to open up any of the motorhomes to allow us to explore un-interrupted at our leisure to the final very informative and comprehensive handover. Would definitely recommend Marquis to anyone thinking of buying a home from home.
