First Time Buyers
Liam Lee has been helpful from the very beginning, as first time buyers we had no clue about the whole process or where to start. Liam explained everything in detail and looked at a variety of options with us. We are still going through the process but he has been there to offer guidance every step of the way and even notified us when the rates have dropped meaning we have saved some money over the 5 year term! Kaya has also been on hand to assist. Overall, we are very pleased with the service received and would recommend Mortgage Matters!

I don’t know what’s happened with…
I don’t know what’s happened with mortgage matters but was in touch with them earlier in the year and they were really helpful but since re-contacting them, I’ve had poor/no communication from the person I was in touch with previously and then not a very helpful call earlier. It’s a shame as I had been impressed the first time but I feel like I’ve been begging to give them my business? Won’t be using moving forward.

Dream of owning a home made reality …
I was looking forward to owning my own home but was not looking forward to the mortgage application. I was anxious about the outcome of the application but Amelia did wonders with us. Our experience from when we started working with her was brillant. The process my partner and I thought would take weeks to complete and for us to receive an outcome from the Lender was really quick. For anyone going through mortgage process and not sure of the broker, I highly recommend Mortgage Matters

Highly Recommend Liam for Mortgage Advice
We cannot recommend Liam highly enough. He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our whole journey over the past several months. Not only did he give us excellent advice regarding mortgages and protection, but he also guided us with patience and care while we were searching for the right home.
Liam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and efficient, yet at the same time very kind, approachable, and friendly. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he was always quick to reply to emails and answer any questions we had along the way.

Amazing Lisa!
I honestly couldn’t recommend Mortgage Matters more. Lisa Young in particular. Lisa was outstanding in every aspect. Very respectful and easy to talk to. She explained everything fantastically. She worked extremely hard in getting quotes and a dealing with insurance companies so we didn’t have to. We weren’t sure if we would be able to get the insurance we required but because Lisa is so knowledgeable so spoke with the underwriters and explained our situation. In doing so and going the extra mile she ended up securing the quote and also getting it cheaper for us. We wouldn’t have got this on our own and Lisa deserves more than just a well done. We couldn’t thank her enough for all the hard work and patience she put in. Lisa is the first person I will go to for any assistance we require to do with our mortgage and life insurance. A massive thank you from us Lisa. Top class service.

I had a wonderful experience with Sita Thapa
I had a wonderful experience with mortgage advisor Sita Thapa. She was so easy to deal with, super friendly and professional throughout. Sadly our first house purchase fell through and we needed a new mortgage product for our onward purchase, Sita made the stressful process as smooth and pain free as possible - despite the volition market and constantly changing mortgage rates! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting expert advice and to take the stress out of finding the right product :)

Excellent customer service from Steven and Soly
Steven Harris and Soly Radi were excellent in helping us secure our new mortgage for our next house.
From the first call to the day of exchange, we felt guided and were able to contact them both at anytime.
Steven was very friendly and made us laugh, making us feel comfortable when going through all the forms required to secure our mortgage.
