Frustrated customer.
As a household we’ve ordered an ice bath and a hose connector and neither order has been fulfilled on time or correctly. Initially the ice bath pro was delayed and we were contacted by a random company which didn’t appear legitimate. It was finally resolved but I’d recently ordered the hose connector which was showing available online and I’m still waiting. I called customer services after not getting any response after multiple mails, I got a half attempt at an apology and when I said about no response I was told along the lines of ‘the email system doesn’t always work’. Extremely poor from a company who is advertising everywhere and heavily weighing on the dragons den dialogue.

Save your energy and wasting your time and spend your money on another company who has an actual supply chain set up. I really can’t see myself buying anything else or recommending MyoMaster to anyone.

Still waiting for my item and no sign of any refund mentioned in the company response to this review.

Had problem with pump micah sent new one within days his customer service was excellent

I bought a myo chill last year. It developed a fault and they were super helpful. Sent a replacement item. I didn’t have to go through the faff sending back a heavy broken bit of kit . Thanks to Rachelle. Would definitely recommend this company.

The MyoSauna Infrared sauna was delivered and took us less than an hour to assemble. There were a few awkward parts to fit together but we got there. The whole family are so pleased with the sauna and it's getting a lot of use. It takes about 10 minutes to warm up and you can connect to speakers via Bluetooth to play whatever sounds you prefer. It is compact and doesn't take up much room. The value for such a well thought out and designed product is very good when comparing others in the market. The family are enjoying the health benefits already, long may it last.

Very impressed with the service I have received and would highly recommend. The ice bath is a game changer for me in my routine and lifestyle. I would not be without.

Ordered infrared sauna. So far experience been brilliant. Says takes 2 people to build, however manage to assemble by myself due to the innovative design. Heatss up quickly and looks the part.

We love our IR sauna. MYO were brilliant to deal with and very helpful from start to finish. The sauna has been fantastic for inflammation, and we’re already feeling the benefits.

The Sauna build experience was not at all good.

1. Build attempt number one

It was not possible to build the sauna as there was a key roof panel missing. This meant that the sauna was left in an incomplete state that included no roof built or roof tiles thus leaving it exposed to the weather with rain forecast. I had booked an electrician for the following day who I had to cancel at my expense.

2. Build attempt number two

They arrived with a panel but it was the incorrect part and left without doing anything. Electrician cancelled again at another cost.

3. Installation attempt number three

Again they arrived with the incorrect panel. The instructions given by their warehouse manager was to try and cut the panel to try and fit the gap. The build was completed albeit with a gap in the roof.

4. Other issues since build.

The sauna heater repeatedly 'shorted out' when turned on. I had to call the electrician out who found loose connections within the heater.

The thermometer has two cracks.

There are other chips in the sauna panels that were shown to me by the build team, these are fairly minor in nature.

Another great post purchase customer service experience with myomaster. They always endeavor to help and resolve any issues in a timely fashion. Thanks goes to Micah for helping to resolve my issue so quickly.

Great looking product. Tiny bit hard to follow the written instructions but excellent videos on Youtube which show everything. Had a few questions after set up and spoke over email to Micah who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Looking forward to regular cold water submersions. Even my 11yo son is getting stuck in. Ben

Great customer service from Marion.

Really helpful and sorted my issue straight away, no fuss!

Brought a plunge pool and chiller, initial customer service is great but like other people have stated once there is a problem it seems to fall apart.

Our MYO+ chiller turns of if the O3 ozone filter is activated. I sent them a video of the problem which they responded to in minutes saying they would pass it on to their technical team.

That’s where the issues start no communication, then when I phone they say that they can see an email from technical but they can’t forward it to me and that they have problems and I quote

“ As you may have noticed, I am using a different email to reach out to you since our last email bounced. This sometimes happens with email domains such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Live, Outlook, MSN, and Google Mail.”

Anyway still no email or update after a week.

Very disappointing after an initially exceptional response.

Equipment goes wrong, what separates good companies from lesser ones is how they deal with these situations.

I had a minor issue with a MyoMaster product.
Customer Support were excellent. A few messages back and forth, quickly resolved my issue.
Excellent service. Highly recommend MyoMaster.
I will be purchasing further products from them.

Delighted with our infrared sauna. Upgraded from an inflatable steam one and it's been well worth it. Delivery was quick, about 5 days from ordering. Sauna easy to build following the video. We've used it regularly since it arrived, and highly recommend.

Recently dealt with Micah in customer service regarding a small issue. Response was quick and instructions regarding the issue were clear, and resolved in an easy and straightforward manner.

Exceptional. Been looking for indoor sauna due a while. Did a fair amount of research and really happy with this one person infrared red sauna, especially at the price. Takes a little longer to warm up than I expected, apart from that really chuffed to bits with it. I have been using it for about 3 weeks, maybe 5 days a week. Get a really good sweat on after 10 minutes. I have been using it for about 20 minutes a session.

Most beneficial for your back as that is facing the heater, although I do stand up and gave heat my front. Using it mainly after a weight session late in the evening. Loving it.

Construction is not too bad, took 2 of us a couple of hours (including the unpacking). Online setup video is way better than the instruction guide (could be improved).

Delivery was great with good communication and 2 person delivery took the sauna upstairs for me. Note it comes in 4 boxes, two of them heavy and bulky - to be expected.

Sales team service was very good, phoning first to advise of delivery and preparation advice. On arrival, there was one issue with one of the parts, after sending an email everything was sorted hassel free.

Congrats on delivering such a great service - as you grow please continue to focus on customer service, makes such a nice change to other faceless services.

Well what can I say… this is the best thing I have ever purchased..20 minutes a day and I’m feeling amazing!! Delivery was very good the lads put it up for me so I could just get on with my day!! If you feel stressed anxious or don’t sleep well. This is. Must!!!!

I was researching these compression boots for a while prior to purchasing, the sale price enticed me to jump in and purchase them. These compression boots have been fantastic, my leg recovery from training and a heavy work schedule is now better than ever.

Superb experience from Myomaster. Ordering and delivery was excellent in the first place. And when one item arrived with some damage from transit (a much needed step to get in to the ice bath) they jumped into action straightaway in response to our email. Quick reply from the fabulous Micah to acknowledge the problem and to say that a replacement item was sorted and on its way to us without delay.
Sometimes things go wrong. Life isn’t perfect. But the businesses that stand above others are those that see a problem and work to fix it. Excellent customer service all round. Myomaster is just really good at this.

I bought the myo chill around 6 months ago maybe even longer. I recently accidentally broke one of the fitting that attach’s the myo chill to my ice bath. I contacted myo master sent them a photo of the part and with in 24hours they have sent me out a new connector free of charge. I can’t thank them enough. Amazing customer service.
