Do not use this company
Do not use this company, if you care what colour your stones are going to be. In my case, I ordered autumn brown, but got grey with some beige colour, even after wetting, which they insist is autumn brown. I am now £129 pounds out of pocket, through no fault of mine!
Totally unfair, and there is nothing I can do!

We sincerely apologise that you were unhappy with the cobbles you ordered. According to all our correspondence, the stones were not grey with beige, as stated in your review, they were Autumnal tones, with earthy browns, reds, dusky pinks, and some grey.
We spent time working with you by explaining the characteristics of natural stone, the colour palette of autumn brown, and also requested that you wet down the cobbles so we could see if the wrong product had been sent. You assisted us with this, but unfortunately, we still disagreed.
We then offered to collect the cobbles to bring them back to the yard so we could wet down the entire order. If they were deemed to be autumn brown, our standard terms and conditions would apply, meaning you would be responsible for return delivery costs and restocking fees. However, if we had indeed sent the wrong product, we would have issued a full refund, which you accepted.
It was determined that the cobbles are autumn brown. We have included the image of your cobbles in our listing, as it accurately represents the item and showcases a mix of dark autumnal tones when they are wet.
As a company, it would have been easier for us if we had sent the wrong products. Although it would have caused inconvenience regarding timing and the need to send replacements, we could have resolved the issue in your favour by either issuing a full refund or replacing the cobbles. There is no benefit for us to disagree with you, as we understand that it only leads to negative reviews.
Unfortunately, in this instance, we were unable to meet your expectations. It is also unfair for our company to suffer a loss simply because the product did not meet your personal preference.
Natural stone products are unique; they come with a blend of tones and colours that constitute the colour palette associated with their name, and this is the beauty of natural stone — no two cobbles or slabs are exactly alike.
We always strive to resolve any issues fairly in accordance with our terms and conditions and the products we sell. Once again, we can only apologise in this instance that you were dissatisfied with our service and the product you received.

Well seriously you ask for a review on a Sunday having received the goods at approx. 4pm on the previous Friday! Yes I appreciate there’s a note saying I can wait before I give a review etc etc. How about you guys wait a sensible time frame before asking for a review! Yes you may have gathered I’m rather fatigued with this review culture that we are faced with nowadays.
I buy a carrot in Waitrose (other Supermarkets do exist) and before I’ve had a chance to get it home and out of the shopping bag I’m being asked for a review! It’s a (expletive) carrot, it’s orange!
Anyway, back to Natural Paving Store review, well you’ve asked so you shall recieve… I received an email early on Friday morning (30th May) advising my delivery would be on Monday 2nd July. That’s all fine, as I’d expected, so I inform my builder to expect the delivery on Monday. I go out for the day and at 13.20 I received an email saying the delivery would be that afternoon! I was in a meeting so didn’t get to check the email and was unaware of the content. My builder had finished work by 3.30pm that afternoon so had left my property. The delivery was made at 16.09 on Friday pm. Was it left with the other building materials on my front garden? No, it was left at the entrance to my driveway, partially blocking it! How difficult would it have been to leave the 2 pallets adjacent to the other building materials rather than blocking part of my drive with pallets too heavy to move without a crane or forklift. Unfortunately, I possess neither of these vehicles. Come on guys use a modicum of sense when you leave materials. As to the quality and condition of the materials, I have no idea, maybe ask me again in a weeks time when we’ve had the chance to use them!

I completely agree with you—every day we see countless requests for reviews, and your example of a carrot is perfect. Unfortunately, this has become a cultural norm. As a company, if we do not ask for reviews, we risk being perceived as insincere or untrustworthy. Reviews help customers understand the overall experience with our company.
The saddest aspect is that unless someone has had a particularly negative experience or wants to damage a company for something they were not happy with an outcome, most customers don’t leave feedback, which can result in a skewed representation of a company's true performance and lead to the prevalence of fake reviews.
Our company, like many others on Trustpilot, is frequently approached by scammers who offer to write five-star reviews for us for a fee. I want to stress that we do not engage with these services, which is evident in the number of our reviews. We serve hundreds of customers each year, yet we only have about 300 reviews.
The issue arises when a company receives a negative review; scammers often contact them, offering to flood their account with fake five-star reviews for a price. Therefore, when reading reviews about any company, it’s important to be aware that many could be fake while others might be genuine.
I will take your feedback into account and see if there is a way we can work with Trustpilot to extend the period before requesting reviews.
In regard to your delivery, thank you for sharing your experience with our delivery service. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for the early arrival of your delivery.
We disclose on our website that we utilise a third-party haulage company called Palletways and that it is not us who deliver. Upon reviewing your order in the Palletways portal, I can confirm that it was scheduled for delivery on June 2nd. I am unsure why it was delivered on May 30th, and I apologise for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.
I also checked the delivery images and can understand why the paving was left at that location. Palletways operates with a lorry equipped with a tail lift and a manual pump truck, rather than a hiab crane. This information is provided on our website and in our order confirmations, along with a demonstration video. Therefore they would not have been able to place next to the other building materials.
Given that the paving weighs, on average, 1000kg, the driver cannot pull the load using a pump truck over a gravel driveway, as it would be too difficult to move. As a result, they placed the paving as close to your property as possible. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

DO NOT BUY
Don’t bother buying, the pictures on the site are the absolute opposite of what you receive. Warm sand colours turning up steel grey… I don’t think that’s my eyes playing tricks on me, just the company doing that! Contacted for help and just told colours vary and they wouldn’t help swap the incorrect ones out. Do not order unless you don’t care about the colours or custom service you’ll receive.

As previously discussed, the paving you ordered was Raj Green. This colour is not typically associated with warm sandy tones; rather, it consists of more muted pastel shades of greens, buffs, dusky pinks, and greys when dry. These colours tend to appear more vibrant when wet.
We regret that the colours you received did not meet your expectations; however, they are representative of the Raj Green colour palette. It was only after receiving your order that we learned you were trying to match an existing patio. The pictures you provided clearly show the difference between what you received and what you were attempting to match, indicating that you had ordered the incorrect colour.
Our dedicated team has extensive product knowledge. If you had shared these images initially and explained that you were trying to match an existing patio, we would have been able to guide you toward a better match, which may have resulted in a more favourable review. However, it is important to note that natural stone is characterised by its blend of colours within the intended palette, as it is cut from rock. Matching colours can be challenging due to the uniqueness of each cut and paving slab. While we can assist in selecting the right blend of colours, we cannot guarantee an exact match since it is a natural material.
We had previously offered a resolution to send the correct paving. However, you chose to decline this option, stating that you would only accept a replacement at our cost, or you would turn to review sites.
We hope you were able to complete your project successfully.

Good quality products at a competitive price
Ordered a sample and then two pallets of granite slabs. All slabs were perfect quality with no flaws and no breakages. The bulk delivery matched the sample exactly. Delivery was without any issues and customer services were very helpful.

Delayed and unhelpful delivery, poor service all round
I ordered on a Tuesday, the website gave me the option of delivery on the following Thursday which is one of the reasons I bought from this company. Once I had paid the company contacted me to say actually Thursday is not possible, delivery the next week would be possible but they wanted extra money for the early part of the week. I complained as I felt the website is misleading. They stated I would receive delivery details later that day. 4 days later I get a delivery date of the following Thursday - i.e. a full week after the delivery was needed. Then the delivery company would not leave the items on the drive - only the road or the pavement, neither of which is allowed where we live as we are on a bus route etc. And the delivery driver seemed to find it all very funny, his attitude was unhelpful at best, misogynistic at worst. Overall a poor experience, thank goodness I only need a patio once and not on a repeat basis.

Unfortunately, we encountered a stock issue that prevented us from delivering the paving within the 2-3 working days we had initially indicated (Friday or Monday, as you had missed our cutoff time for an earlier option). Our team reached out to explain the situation and offered you a later delivery date or the option of a full refund. After searching for the product elsewhere, you responded that you could accept the paving the following week at any time since you work from home. I can confirm that the delivery was made to you the following Thursday, which was less than a week after the original scheduled delivery date.
I am very sorry to hear that you had an issue with the delivery company. According to the information provided on our website, your order confirmation, and our terms and conditions, the delivery is specified as kerbside only (on the road or pavement). This means that the drivers are not obligated to leave items on your driveway; they do so at their discretion. We do stress that It is important for you to inform us of any issues related to kerbside delivery, such as proximity to a bus route.
We have reviewed your address and delivery photograph. Our findings show that the driver has placed the paving in a safe location, off the road and away from the path, specifically in front of your house at the drop-down curb point. I can only apologise that you found this unhelpful and that his attitude was questionable.
We apologise once again that this service didn't meet your expectations and wish you the best with your patio.
