So easy to order my car. The company kept in direct contact with me. I didnt hear much from fleet and then they added all the information I needed to my account on Fleet. I love my new car. Do your research first but overall a great experience in getting the car.

Long wait from ordering to delivery of the car. The car was delivered and the windscreen wiper solution was empty but on the whole the service has been good

Delayed delivery
Hi - still waiting for delivery - was due today, told yesterday it arrived at the dealer with a paint chip that needs fixing before delivery. No timeline, no alternative vehicle so causing a headache now until I don't really know when tbh.

Call centre needs more staff
Easy process through ordering and delivery. The only area that has caused frustration is the long waits on hold when trying to phone to update with planned delivery date having been told phoning was the only way to do so. Often on hold for in excess of 30 minutes.

I love my car & the delivery was superb.
I love my car, it has exceeded my expectations. Fast turnaround, clear communication. The gentleman Simon who delivered my car was fantastic. I felt a bit nervous and intimated wurh so much technology and it being half electric. He spent plenty of time helping me to learn how to use the car and he reassured me so I could get straight out driving.
