We did not use one pallet of cobbler stones and arranged with you for the collection and return of the pallet. After a month we are still waiting for the collection.

If I could give zero stars I would. Now been 6 weeks waiting for 2 pallets of walling still no sign, asked just for a refund still reply . Look elsewhere guys these lot are a waste of time
The response to this review is also a lie ,still no refund ,I shall keep updating this so all future shoppers can be aware of this shambles of a company

What A Letdown
I placed an order for a sample because it was advertised as 200 x 100mm which was what I wanted, I had free samples from elsewhere but wanted a full size one so this seemed perfect, even though it was £8.99. Unfortunately when the sample arrived even though the invoice stated 200 x 100mm it was only 100 x 100mm. I emailed with my request for what I'd paid for which did not get a response, I waited for a few days then phoned and spoke to someone who said the website description was wrong and the samples were not full size, I requested a full size one and the response was that in order for this to be sent they would have to split a pack, was that something that I wanted, if so they would request this with the sample department, I said yes please. I waited another week and nothing came so I emailed requesting a full refund, then I got an email apologizing for the delay and stating that my delivery showed as being in the DPD network and they would upgrade it to next day delivery, I waited a couple of days and when nothing arrived I emailed requsting a tracking number, got a response saying one had been requested and would be forwarded to me as soon as available, that was just before the Easter bank holiday, I waited until 3 days after but still nothing so I emailed requesting the number again and lo and behold 4 minutes after my email a message from my DPD app saying there was a delivery on its way! I accept that people make mistakes and that things happen but this has been a bad experience from start to finish and to be honest the granite blocks I want for my drive from PD, are for some reason 3 times the price that most other granite blocks are available for. That's black granite just in case there's any confusion, as its harder to quarry it costs more etc but all the other black granite blocks are a third of the price of PD's. Another strange thing is that I approached Pavestone by email to enquire about different thicknesses of blocks as I wanted 50mm thick ones, the response was that they do different sizes but are a wholesaler so I would have to find a retailer to supply them, Paving Direct told me they only do the 100mm thick blocks, funny thing is that the sample PD sent me came from Pavestone which comes from Burford Quarry which is all the same company, just seems strange that they give conflicting information about what they can supply from their own supplier and don't promote their own retailer when asked. Anyway, enough ranting and I'm sure I'm not the only person this happens to. Maybe some LFE can be used from my feedback. P.S. my delivery has been showing in the DPD app for 2 days now, so much for upgrading it to next day! Oh and its really not good to mislead customers...

13 days late and still waiting
ordered with you on the 11th of this month expecting my ordered to be with me 3-5 days from purchase which it is stated on your website how ever this did not happen. I then received 1 out of the 5 pallets due to packaging problems on your end which i wasn’t made aware of. Only thanks to Steven and me ringing with eachother and communicating with me as of yesterday that the problem has been semi resolved not taking away from the fact I’ve had to pay 2 (costing me £210) staff members a days rate for standing around doing nothing due to your incapacity of providing an affective service.
I’m 200 miles from home hence why i ordered with yous well in advance.
Additionally I’ve then looked and been made aware of that I have paid £100 in delivery for this shocking service

Easy to order-great product to use
From the ease of finding your product online (I was after two part epoxy grout for paving) to placing and order and receiving the order within 72 hours - three times (we kept growing our patio and pathway areas) you reacted and delivered. The Product was easy to prepare and apply and is performing brilliantly to date.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless! First, I called to place an order with specific date in mind for delivery and was told that I have to pay delivery charge per pallet. As I had enough time for delivery based 3 to 5 working days, I placed the order on line.
Day 4 no text message to confirm delivery, I called them and was promised to be called back. No call back and today it' s day 5 still nothing came.
I called in a panic, only to be told it wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. Completely useless to me. I asked Antonia whom they will deliver to as I am not around on Tuesday or that week, no answer. Why no one informed me of this no answer. Antonia could not give me a straight answer as to why my order has been delayed or no communication. No manager or anyone senior to speak too. Told to email if I want to cancel my order, same email that has not been responded too. Poor customer service.
Totally incompetent.

Prepare to be ignored!
Have been trying to speak to a person for the past three days but no reply on the phone at either Sales or Customer Services. Did manage to email and was told would get back to me. All I wanted to know was if the stone setts were now in stock. Absolutely useless. My whole garden project is held up because they cannot answer a simple question. If the setts are not available then I wanted to order the equivalent in a different colour that were in stock but just cannot get through to anybody. Left in limbo. Shocking customer service service.

Firs time user
Having never used this product before I was a bit septical as to whether the Iron stain remover would work. It does, I was really pleased. It also help remove some other stains on my granite patio, caused by some regrouting. The only down side is the after smell. It smells like burnt brake linings. It has been several days since I used this product. It is now fading. A small price to pay for a great product.

The ordering process was nice and easy
The ordering process was nice and easy, my first order arrived within 5 days however my second order made the same day still hasn't arrived and it's been a over 2 weeks now. I'll admit Customer service has been quick to reply and try and speed up the order no complaints on the customer service team. However I'm still a sample order short and it's been over 2 weeks, probably closer to 4 Weeks since ordering the samples.

Helpful team and great tiles
There were a few hiccups with delivery at the start, but I have to say the team was very responsive and helpful throughout. All the tiles arrived intact, the pricing was excellent, and the end result looks fantastic.

Customer Services is getting better
After my previous complaints regarding customer service I got a call from the Paving Direct regarding my order that it would be delivered in the same day and by surprise it was delivered by midday.
Very happy with the products, good quality but still think they have room to improve regarding customer service.
