Have just moved house and used plaza removals - they were outstanding from start to finish.
Nothing was too big or small for them. They were careful with my furniture and boxes.
They worked tirelessly all day even though the weather was miserable.

The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. I even got a second run out of them and an additional one to grab a sofa from a nearby garage included in the price

These guys work from morning till night and I can’t thank them enough.

I cannot recommend Plaza highly enough. After an initial hiccup which Riz managed quietly and professionally , the team worked hard and efficiently to pack my contents carefully and move me into storage the same day. Reece in particular was a pleasure to be around, he was personable and professional, a credit to the team.

Turned to Plaza to get us out of a hole following problems with another removal company (SHR) & with little notice Mo & his team came out & came through for a long distance & complex move.

We had a very good experience with this moving company. The team’s Communication was clear throughout, even with some last-minute changes, and everything went smoothly on the days. Our Moving house request is very complicated and can be stressful, but they made the process much easier. Abdullah jan, Osama, Mooaz , Abid and Ubaid were absolutely brilliant. Patient, kind, considerate and so happy to help in anyway they could. They did not stop for two whole days. They always had a smile and even when we were hanging around waiting for the keys to our new house they were relaxed and completely stress-free.

BEWARE !! THEY CLAIM TO HAVE FULL INSURANCE COVER - THEY DO NOT! There was a fire in one of their vans which contained many valuable items. They are refusing to communicate to settle the claim and are trying to hide behind their insurer and dodgy wording in their terms & conditions in order not to pay out a genuine claim to an aggrieved party. They made the sales pitch basis that they were fully and properly insured (look at their ads), but the facts are that THEY ARE NOT and litigation is now in process against them to recover the losses. Whilst being patient, calm and respectful throughout the ordeal in return they screamed and yelled for daring to call and told never to call again. This evidence is on record. BEWARE!!

A great service from start to finish. From the initial quotation visit, through the (too many) reschedules and final rush to confirm, the office staff were supportive and straightforward, happy to flex as my circumstances changed. On the day itself the team were efficiency personified, and did an excellent job of handling my nerves as well as my belongings. They delivered everything where I asked, and took care to explain where they had put key items in amongst the mountain of boxes. I heartily recommend them.

The moving team arrived promptly and made the move as painless as possible. They packaged up our last bits using their own bubble wrap and boxes. They even went out of their way to pick up a mattress from a different address 5 minutes down the road.
They deserved the early finish as the worked very hard.

Great service from start to finish.. Efficient with coming to our place to quote our move, willing to price match competitors. Move day went very smoothly - Adam, Sam and Hameed (and 3 other men forgot their names) worked very hard and efficiently through the day. We had a lot of big heavy furniture including a piano, big hardwood dining table, big beds, TVs, sofa etc - the team wrapped and moved everything without any issues. Mo from head office dealt with any after move issues promptly. Highly recommend Plaza Removals to anyone needing to move!

With house moves being one of the most stressful things in life I must say Plaza Removals did deliver on my expectations. A team of three arrived the day before the move and stacked our boxes and also professionally wrapped our fine art in such a way my stress levels deteriorated pretty quickly.

On the day of the move the team arrived nice and early a five man team in two vans ready to commence the big day ahead.

They still had their work cut out for them with a 100” TV, piano, drum kit and two sofas all requiring that level of TLC and professional care. Once again I was pleased with the level of effort and care.

Lastly they also took of my precious bigger possessions such as my Motorcycle, dirt bike and 1 ton BBQ smoker with loading and offloading at my new property!!

People of you are seeking a professional and considerate team then Plaza Removals should definitely be high up on your shortlist.

We were only moving locally, but the professional way in which our belongings were packed we could have moved 500 miles. We highly recommend Plaza to pack, which they did with 3 men in a day. (A large 4 bed family home) and to move to a 3 bed property with 5 men and 3 smaller vans. Their care and politeness throughout the day was outstanding. Thank you.

Outstanding service from Omar, Suleiman, Chi Chi, Adam & Hardik. They spent 12 hours on the first day packing. On second day, it was our moving day from Reading to Manchester. These guys worked for 17 hours. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They just got on with it. We had so much stuff, including a piano! Everything was well wrapped and nothing got broken. Thanks for the great service! I would highly recommend this company.

Plaza Removals did a great job moving us 30 miles. I don't know how they managed to fit everything into the vans, they must be tetris experts.

The team worked tirelessly for 10 hours with new breakages or damage and the carpets where protected very well.

We cannot recommend Plaza highly enough. From our first contact when we made our initial enquiry to the very end, every single member of staff we had contact with, treated us with the utmost courteousness and professionalism. I would especially mention Adrian who came to our home to survey and assess what our requirements were and give us a quotation, which he did without any sense of pressure at all, to dealing with the office staff, Joy and Nimra, who were ever so helpful when we needed to change our removal date no less than four times due to delays in receiving answers from other solicitors in the chain to their legal questions, and then the failing of one particular party in our chain to agree a final completion date. We would like to thank Mo, who ran the operation who kept in contact with us to reassure us us everything would be OK on the date of removal, which it was, but one final big thank you to all of the removal men - Salah Armelando Guru Abdullah Moaz Reece Maz - who worked like Trojans both in clearing our house and the help they gave us to move into our new home.
