Hard to fault Plaza - great communication, really hard working and diligent team on the ground, polite and helpful all round. I would particularly flag the level of care in moving items through delicate areas.

Absolutely amazing. I will recommend them 💯 % they helped us to move all the house, they spent with us nearly 12 hours. They were really professionals and efficients. I was very happy when they even offer to collect the empty boxes.

Good communication, flexible very hard working removal team, lead by Mohsin . Stayed to get the job done even when they were really held up by traffic and then the following day by replacement tyre problems. Really professional.

AMAZING service from Plaza Removals

Had an urgent need to move same day, they accommodated and came to me on the day.

The removal men were polite, friendly, efficient and hard working. They wrapped all of my stuff in shrink wrap, bubble wrap, cardboard.

They were quick, careful, did a fantastic job. Tipped them all at the end as well as they really deserved it.

Will certainly be going to Plaza for my next month. Well worth the money.

I had lived in my home for 32 years, so the thought of packing the contents and moving them filled me with dread.
After researching removal companies we came across Plaza and were impressed by their reviews.
Mo came to the house, did a walk around, talked us through the process and reassured us that we could book with them and then have flexibility to change the move date, by giving 48 hours notice. This would work perfectly for us, as we knew it would be a short notice exchange and completion.
We opted for the packing service. Two guys came in the day before the move and packed the entire contents of a 3 bed house in 7 hours, which didn't add much more to the price.
The following day a team of four men and two vans arrived early, loaded the vans and we were enroute to our new home 93 miles away.
On arrival, after a shocking journey in traffic, the guys unpacked, reassembled our bed and sofas and placed all boxes in the rooms we requested.
They left us about 7pm for their journey back.
In the lead up to move day Mo and the booking team were friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had and changing the date numerous times was no problem for Plaza.
The move itself was seamless and stress free, exactly what we wanted.
The packing and removal teams were polite, respectful and friendly and worked so hard.
We would 100% recommend Plaza Removals.

Plaza removals were great throughout the whole process. From their home visit to provide a quote, to on the day. Their team were incredibly efficient, polite, and looked after all our stuff. How clean they also keep their vans gave us also confidence that our contents were in safe hands!

Plaza Removals were amazing! Due to a last minute change of circumstances, I found PR via Checkatrade and they were able to assist me with very short notice (only 3 days)! From the outset, the communication was great and the price quoted was fair. The three guys Rashid, Siyab and Bilaal were unbelievably hardworking and very careful. Loved the way they wrapped my items to prevent damage. Their trouble shooting with my oversized furniture was admirable and they coped with the unexpected road closure and need for a second trip with no fuss at all. The move which should have been quick and straight forward took over 12 hours and other than a lunch break, they worked through without any signs of flagging and remained polite and helpful from start to finish! I'm so glad I chose PR and would certainly use them again if needed! Thanks so much guys! :)

Excellent service from Plaza Removals. They moved my goods on the hottest day of the year (11/07), yet Ronnie, Arsalan and Butt were cheerful throughout the move. They were prompt, and moved all my goods with care. They could see I had mobility issues, so got a chair and fan for me to sit so I could direct where good should go. I found them very professional, efficient and they made the move a good experience. Thank you to you all.

Moving home is stressful and tiring; more so if moving home in the middle of a heatwave. Plaza promised to take the stress out of moving and they did exactly that.

We were really really grateful for Plaza removals, and for Riz’s team for working so hard for us on that day and taking care of everything so quickly and efficiently.

I felt really sorry for the guys in that heat, but they ploughed on and were very accommodating with our requirements. After arriving at our new home, the guys unpacked everything, then two of the team left to pick up our purchased white goods from other locations, while Riz stayed behind to reconstruct the furniture.

The guys consulted with me throughout and kept me in the loop about how they were going to deal with challenges (like getting the super king mattress up the narrow staircase).

In spite of the heat, the day was pretty much stress-free and the guys worked really hard to get everything done to a high professional standard.
