Having searched and received many quotes for various moving companies Plaza removals from the offset were super professional and very informative of what would happen during the move. The other companies wanted pictures or virtual calls but Mo and his team turned up and sat with us introduced their team and company. We walked around the house and items that I had assumed I could not take to my new home due to their complexity or fragile nature were inspected and I was assured would be disassembled and reassembled. And the team did not let me down!! A few weeks ahead of the move the team dropped off the boxes I would require complete with lots of tape. I had a courtesy call ahead of the move to arrange a time and potential completion time. On the morning of the move the team called ahead of time and waited patiently outside for us. The actual moving team were not just super polite and friendly they were amazing! They wrapped up the large furniture and handled all of our items with complete care and attention. They even helped us pack our large printer in a suitable box which we had assumed would just be loaded on the van. The corner sofa was super dusty and the team showed us so we could give it a clean before it was wrapped and went into the new home. All of our items were placed carefully into the designated rooms, if something was not labelled clearly we were asked where it would go. Our house was newly painted and there is not a single scuff on walls and doors.
I cannot recommend this team enough they were truly impressive and worked tirelessly throughout the day and into the evening.

Let’s start with the team. And Nassir, Nassor and Abdulljama really worked as a team. Systematic, coordinated and unfailingly hardworking. They were through and through pros: attentive, unflappable, problem solvers. It was a pleasure to have them be a part of our happy moving day.

Let’s turn to the results. Every single item - from antique furniture, to delicate fiddle-leaf fig plant - emerged in perfect condition. The team disassembled, wrapped and packed with thought, care and lightness of touch. You can confidently trust them to look after any item; from the most unwieldy, to the most valuable.

Fantastic removals team! I couldn’t even think of one negative thing to say about them. Courteous and with such a can do attitude. We had a team of three men who just worked tirelessly throughout the whole day to get the job done with no complaints. We had lots of larger items that required careful wrapping and about 40-50 boxes of various sizes. Not one item was damaged on unpacking! A HUGE thanks to Nassir, Abdulljama and Nassor for being so easy to work with and for all their efforts! I couldn’t even fathom using another removals company at this stage. I would like to make a complaint about the behaviour of your removal men who were working on the adjacent property today in Kingston. One of the team members climbed up onto our wall and I asked him to get off but he kept brushing me off. The adjoining property can only access the garden via the house. I explained that I didn’t want anyone on my property. They then proceeded to climb onto our wall and up the roof to carry garden furniture over the side extensions. I would like to make it clear that they could only get onto the roof via our wall and to get down the other side would have to stand on our roof and use our window cill to get down.

The removal men worked entirely under the instructions of their client and trespassed on my property. They knew they were trespassing but were only interested in getting the job done quickly and as a woman I found their behaviour to be rude intimidating and unprofessional.

Mo and the team were amazing. Friendly, professional, prompt and they moved me without any damage, and went above and beyond to bring my property to a third floor flat with no lift! Highly recommend this company for your removals!

Mo and his team were totally reliable at every turn. Our move was particularly stressful as we were up against the stamp duty deadline at the end of March. Mo and his teams' diligence and willingness to help us navigate the situation with the least stress on us was amazing. They delivered packing boxes when they said they would - we had wanted the full packing service but as the demands on all removals companies were so high in that last couple of weeks there was nobody available to provide that service. Mo's men were clearly working flat out, around the clock. On removal day the team were incredibly fast, efficient and cheerful. We had to put our belongings into store for a week and moving in day happened just as timely, speedily and efficiently. All our furniture and belongings were handled with the utmost care. Nothing was too much trouble. We literally couldn't have achieved our sale and purchase without Mo's incredible flexibility and willingness to solve a problem.

We were moving 200 miles away to Wales. Plaza were fantastic from start to finish.

We got a quote from Compare My Move. They walked round the house and quoted for removal and packing. We were moving 200 miles away. The quote was very reasonable. Communication was brilliant. The packers did a great job. They were up front about breaking a bottle of wine and told us how to claim (we didn't bother!) and cleared up the mess. On removal day, there was nothing for us to do. It was completely stress free. They left us in Wales at 10pm to drive back to Heathrow after making sure all furniture had been out back together and we were comfortable for the night.
I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.
