The team we had was led by a guy called Omar. They arrived with two vans and 4 guys to move us from Maidenhead to Newbury. Honestly speaking I have used several removal firms before abs Omar and the team were head and shoulders above the rest by a mile. They really took their time, wrapped all the sofas, mirrors and furniture and protected it with cardboard. Some items needed to be dismantled and reassembled which they did very carefully. Also when I searched online for a removal firms before everyone just asked me to send a video on WhatsApp but Mo came to visit me personally and took time to work everything out. I don’t want to move again for a while but if I did I would use these guys and be happy to pay more (Mo, forget you saw that bit please!!)

We highly recommend plaza removers.
When we initially negotiated the move with Mo he straight away said you should leave all the tension of moving.
As the move started it became apparent that Plaza removers were what exactly was promised, by being professional efficient and accommodating to any request which wasn’t originally covered/discussed.
Although ALL the team were wonderful in particular Rizwan and Farooq were tremendous along with the team were able to remove four heavy safes without any fuss.

Ammar and his team did a brilliant job. They were on time, they were polite and personable, they were meticulous in wrapping and moving any fragile or high value items. They got on with the job but also gave me time and space to finish off sorting all the last minute things that present themselves when you move. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, and making a challenging day feel brighter.

Plaza Removals did an incredible job with our house move. Adrian, Faisal and Khabbab were brilliant. Fast, professional, careful with delicate items and a pleasure to spend the day with. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

2 vans, 4 great guys led by Farooq, arrived with my furniture and boxes from storage. From the minute I received Farooq’s call while on route to introduce himself and with the all important ETA, I felt immediately confident. On arrival he did a scan of the house, identified what I wanted where and set too!

Max, Team Lead from my first move was part of the team. So delighted to see him again. All were so accommodating, friendly, courteous, efficient, hard working and committed to ensuring exactly what I would like, was delivered. They certainly did this and more, with such consideration and a smile! My home was organised, functional and looked homely before they left as a result of their dedication to deliver what Plaza claim. All the while making it a joy to work alongside the A team!

Can’t recommend Plaza enough, the service is outstanding, the staff are a credit to themselves and the company, the price particularly having had to suddenly utilise Plaza’s storage facility, highly competitive!

I was really scared of moving due to a really bad experience a few years ago. Dani came to quote, and reassured me that they would take care of everything. He recommended packing the 3 vans over 2 days, then driving everything from Watford to Ipswich on the second day. It worked really well. My huge wardrobe was broken down and reassembled perfectly. My treasured plants from the garden were included too. Three men did the first day and another two joined them the second day. They worked extremely hard in pouring rain. They were very organised and efficient, as well as keeping their good humour. I even got a lift, for
which I am very grateful. I thoroughly recommend Plaza, and appreciate their service, especially the no hidden extras!

As an entire family, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plaza Removals as a firm. Nice, polite staff who are incredibly helpful and made our lives a little less stressful. I asked for a 2 bed flat to be packed and moved and also requested a couple of stops for pick-up & drop-off on the way. This was done virtually seamlessly and well worth the money. In future, I will probably use this firm again when we (eventually) move out. Recommending to my sister when she moves later on this year. Thanks especially to Dani, Atif, Riz & Thompson! Top marks!
