We've used Plaza Removals twice and both times it was efficient, reliable, on time and very cordial. All of our things are taken with great care, and I think the price is very competitive compared to the quality of service. Worth every penny especially during such a stressful time. I'd highly recommend.

Omid and Ahmed were fantastic to work with. These two worked seamlessly together, bringing both skill and organization to the table. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail when it came to packaging and handling my most delicate items. I was incredibly worried about my £8000 TV, but Omid and Ahmed had a clear, well-thought-out plan in place, and they executed it flawlessly. They made sure everything was securely packed and transported with the utmost care, which really put my mind at ease.

And then there’s Leo... this guy is an absolute powerhouse. I swear he was like the Hulk, taking things to the next level when it came to lifting and moving heavy items. Leo was picking up sofas on his own without breaking a sweat, all while maintaining a level of care and attention to detail that was second to none. His strength and determination were impressive, and I’m sure he was the reason the job got done so quickly and efficiently.

I booked Plaza Removals after meeting Dani and him giving me a quote. He seemed quite unfazed by what I thought was going to be a horrible move! He answered all questions calmly and gave me a lot of (rightly placed) confidence.
On the day, Salah and his team (Armelando, Leo, and Khubab were fantastic; friendly, polite, and super helpful, even re-opening around twelve boxes which they had just sealed because I couldn't find something, and thought they might have packed it (they hadn't, but they were more than happy to help find it and were pleased when I did!) They were all super efficient and made the whole day so much less stressful than I had envisaged. They kept my goods overnight and the story was basically the same the next day; all good humoured, polite and efficient (despite a puncture on the motorway on their way!)
I would have absolutely no doubt about recommending Plaza to anyone undertaking a move - they were brilliant!

The team were able to help with a really important last minute request to pack and move a house that had 30 years worth of belongings in it.

The team were super helpful, respectful and friendly. Moving house is such a stressful time but the Plaza team really helped every step of the way from accommodating the short notice booking to the unpacking team at the property. Nothing was too much and all the team were thoughtful and considerate whilst handling fragile or sentimental items.
Would certainly use them again.

Farooq & his team were punctual, professional & courteous, wrapped all items, including a piano, carefully & transported them safely to my new home 100 miles away on the same day. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service which was at a very reasonable cost.

I absolutely made the right choice using Plaza. I had to swap my removal dates multiple times and they were so obliging, they were so good. On the day of moving the team was Asif, Adel and Tasduq, I don't know if I was really lucky to have this team or it's normal for Plaza. The guys did an incredible job fitting everything into the van. They worked professionally throughout the day, and despite unloading in the dark and rain managed to retain their sense of humour. Highly recommended.

5 star service. From start to finish the plaza team were amazing. We had a team coming into our house on a Sunday to pack for a move on the Monday. Packing service was an absoluely no brainer for a few hundred pounds. Our move was not a local move but over 100 miles. A special thanks to Farooq and his team they worked incredibly. I contacted Plaza removals to move my very elderly parents from a large house to much smaller accomodation. From initial contact to completing the move Plaza Removals were proffessional, reassuring ,polite and respectful. The crew over the 2 day move were so helpful and I was so impressed with their work rate . I would not have believed they could do so much so quickly! Michelle in the office is a gem . She was so helpful and caring and deserves a special mention. If you are thinking of using Plaza my advice would be not to hesitate as you wont be disappointed. Thank you Mo and your great team.

Plaza Removals were excellent from the outset. They were flexible as I had to change 3 times. All the personnel I spoke to via email/ phone or in person were friendly,helpful and professional. I could not fault my removal team, led by Reece. They were cheerful and very hard working and it turned out to be a very long day. A further endorsement must be that I had unknowingly overpaid. I was contacted and the money refunded within the hour.

Wow what an awesome experience we had with Plaza Removals.

Moving home is a stressful time and even more so when you are organising it for your daughter 180 miles away. But from the initial request for a quote, until the day of the actual move; the service communication and professionalism was second to none.

On the day of the move the team arrived with smiles on their faces and a spring in their step - I knew they had us covered!!

Throughout the move the team were polite, engaging and full of humour, which totally took the stress away from us.

I could continue with plaudits about the staff, competitive prices etc. but to sum up our experience it’s simple - ‘100% Recommended’. If you want piece of mind with a perfect service then Plaza Removals are the best!!

Very professional and efficient, I’ve used over 7 moving companies, this one was the best, they were very careful with all my belongings and wrapped items that I didn’t really care about. Will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

Well what can I say after a stressful sale of our house plaza removals went above and beyond for a smooth move process I cannot recommend this company any higher PERFECT and such a polite group of guys doing the move Thank you Plaza

The initial visit to the house to price up was excellent. They set expectations on how they work and what they do and really set our minds at rest. This was the first time we had moved in 25 years so we were inexperienced and somewhat nervous. They were really easy to deal with and the price was fair so we paid the deposit. They supplied packing materials as requested and we set about packing. Our completion date moved many times over several months and the office was always totally supportive and helpful in moving the date for us. We only needed to provide 48 hours notice to move dates.

The team arrived with the vans early in the morning on the date of the completion and loaded all our stuff in to 4 vans over the course of the day. They were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. As stressful as the day could have been it wasn't in the slightest and the guys were always in good spirits and their confidence was infectious. They helped us by wrapping the tv and various other bits so that they'd be safe in the vans and moved all our possessions with consideration and care.

We moved to Norfolk from Berkshire the next day and it took a little while to get the keys on completion. The team were incredibly reassuring and patient while this was going on. This helped a lot as we were pretty stressed out. Unloading went just as smoothly as loading and they were great in terms of putting all our stuff in the locations written on the boxes.

In summary we can't recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them again without any hesitation.
