They offer maximum flexibility on moving your completion date as many times as necessary, communication is quick and efficient, and nothing is too much trouble to personalise your move requirements. Added to that all the individuals you deal with both back office and customer facing are very professional and polite which makes for a less stressful experience. Would recommend highly!

The team were on time, professional, helpful and supportive - They even helped me with tools to remove a light fitting I had forgotten to do beforehand! Excellent service all the way through. The 3 vans and 8 men arrived early and worked solidly packing everything and breaking down furniture in the house we’d lived in for 23 yrs, so a lot of stuff! They then packed up the vans. We moved from the south to the north east so a long journey for the vans the next day however they arrived at the new house at 11am. Sadly we didn’t get the keys till 330pm however the 5 man again worked away at unloading the van then reassembling our furniture which meant it was very late when they had finished and had to drive south! They were very respectful of both our houses and took time to place items in the rooms we wanted. Rizwan, team leader, Atif, Nassir, Masada and Ilyas worked as a team and we could not have done the removal without them as it made a very stressful 2 days more bearable. I would highly recommend Plaza removals from the first encounter of the checking of the items to be removed to the placing of items in our new home and not one item was broken or damaged. The whole process was better than we could have hoped for. Thank you

We engaged the Plaza Removal service in December 2023 when my boys and I had to move out of our home of 14yrs. You can imagine all the stuff we had accumulated over the years. The staff were amazing! They were professional, courteous and very kind and handled our property carefuly, which made this difficult perid for us, bearable!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Plaza Removal Ltd for a major move from my 5-bedroom house in Putney to a new place in Notting Hill. As a Personal Assistant, I've dealt with several moving companies in the past, and unfortunately, many of them gave me high prices and poor service. With Plaza Removal, however, my experience was completely different.

I initially contacted Mo at Plaza Removal on very short notice, just a week before the move. Despite his busy schedule, Mo made the process incredibly easy by arranging a video call to assess the move. I was a bit nervous about how he would accurately gauge the scope of the job over the phone, but his experience and confidence put me at ease.

On the day of the move, Sunday, 11th August, Mo and his team arrived right on time at 9 am with two jumbo vans. From the moment they arrived, they worked tirelessly, disassembling all the beds, packing everything carefully, and labeling each box with its contents and destination. The team was efficient and professional, completing the entire packing and moving process in one day, despite the job originally being quoted for 8 hours.

The next day, they returned to unpack everything, reassembling all the beds at the new place, placing items exactly where they needed to go, and removing every single box—leaving none behind. They even took the time to tidy up the entire house, making sure everything was spotless before they left. The care and attention to detail they showed throughout the process were outstanding.

To top it off, there was a small billing mix-up where the accounting team didn’t realize the initial deposit had already been paid, so I accidentally paid the full amount. Shortly after, I received an email from Michelle informing me that I had overpaid by £200. She asked for my bank details to return the funds, which they promptly did. This level of honesty and integrity is rare.

I will honestly recommend their service. Not many companies are as flexible and genuine as these guys. Plaza Removal Ltd turned a stressful situation into a smooth and successful move, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service

The team were professional from the initial site visit through to the moving day, ensuring everything was packed carefully and in a timely manner. Could not recommend enough!

Professional service, always willing to go the extra mile. Moving the piano up the stairs was a huge challenge that the team managed perfectly without a scratch.

I have had an exceptional service from Plaza removals from the initial meeting with Aki who explained how it would all work, the admin team who were quick to respond to any enquires I had and finally the 2 young men who arrived on time and carefully had all my house wrapped up and in the van in super quick time. They were so careful with my goods and then had to drive 5.5 hours to get my goods unloaded into storage with numerous trips up and down in a lift. They were always smiling and were so friendly. I will certainly be recommending Plaza removals to my friends and family. Thank you for your professionalism and making me feel at ease at this stressful time.

Cannot recommend Plaza Removals enough. From the assessment I just knew this was a company that would take care of our belongings and make sure they got to our new place safely. The team sent were fantastic. They were professional and polite, and got straight to work. This was not an easy job, having to take 2 people's worth of belongings from a 6th floor flat, down a corridor, down the elevator and then across the foyer, down a small flight of stairs to street level, not easy! And then the other end which was a house on a narrow residential street and a very tight turn on the stairs. But the team took everything without complaint, and made sure our home move went smoothly and easily. Would 100% use again, and if you've found them then stop looking now!

From the start of conversations with Plaza for my home move to changes with my move in date and then having to go into storage, Plaza have been amazing.
