From the first visit to the house to give a quote to the placing of the last plant pot, we received an amazing service. The team arrived right at the time they said and they worked hard from the minute they walked in the door. They finished wrapping items I hadn't even wrapped and didn't let us help at all. We then travelled just under 100 miles to the new house and they then covered all the carpets with plastic and unloaded everything and put it all exactly where I wanted it, even all the garden pots and garden furniture. The office staff were also amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Fantastic service from Plaza Removals. From a thorough visit for our quote to make sure we were getting what we needed right up to the removers putting everything in place at our new home. The office staff were very understanding in us having to reschedule the date and the guys worked so hard with all the packing, driving to our new house 150 miles away and unloading everything. Everyone was so polite and professional, and I would highly recommend.

Plaza were perfect from start to finish, every part of the business just works and all the staff are clearly happy to work there. The back office and quotation staff were professional and knowledgable and very flexible with our moving date changing. Then on the day the 3 movers were very good, methodical and efficient but not rushing and causing damage. In addition the house we moved into was not vacated until very late but Plaza stayed with us to make sure everything was where it should be and even put our bed together for us. Thank you again!

Absolutely, superb experience, so amazed tipped the removal employees over £30 each, and I would suggest everyone should do so too.

Mo came to quote in person, much easier than video quotes. Our 3 bed flat was 2nd floor with no lift.
Quote was for 2 large vans and 5 man team. We have a lot of stuff.
We moved from Wembley to Botley, 82 miles. in the pouring rain. The team were friendly, fast, worked like trojans and highly highly recommended. It was all shifted into new home by 3pm including the hour and half drive.
Not the cheapest quote but cheapest is not always the best. I got fantastic service and was very happy with what i paid for the job they did.

Moved an elderly relative 3 hours away quick to come out and quote - good clear competitive quote, office back up quick and efficient/friendly/helpful. On the day arrived promptly packed efficiently and took into account elderly relative unloaded at new location no issues. All in all a v good service thank you

quoted me £600 to move a few bits from a studio flat. when all other competitors are quoting £320!! And that's with me helping to do the lifting. Tried to oversell me by saying I needed 3 men and 2 vans! for 1 small sofa, a small table, a double bed, a small fridge, cooker and washing machine. I wasn't born yesterday. I won't be conned. Make sure you shop around as there are many chancers about these days.

I have moved many times but this company were exceptional full packing cleaning and storage all included in my quote.
The staff from your first call to the last box packed friendly polite and helpful.
The cleaning was not only a clean through but windows oven and carpets.
Will definitely use again.
