Gary is a lovely gentleman, considerate , caring , emphatic person. He listens to my client explaining the issues with her chair, fixes it and explains what he has done to repair the chair. Always polite and smiling a pleasure to work with. Excellent service.

Nigel came to fit a new wheel on my wheelchair. He was polite and personable and completed the job well.

Sean Taylor called 20 minutes before arrival. He was respectful of my home and was very professional throughout his visit. The work needed to be done on my wheelchair was very thorough and he explained what he had done and also helped adjust my headrest when I hadn’t raised that in the original request. Nothing was too much trouble and I would be very pleased to have him as my engineer again.

Shaun was lovely today, always speaks to our client and is a very polite and positive chap.
Brilliant service today.

Had Ross Care come today to replace the tyres on my wheelchair & make a few adjustments to the brakes & clean out the castor bearing (If you know you know) Gary Thompson their technician who came was excellent Thank you 😀

My wheelchair was broken and the man who had been given the job to fix it GARY THOMPSON was told the wrong item had to be fixed.
I was upset because my Dad had had a heart attack and I desperately needed to see him.
GARY, went above and beyond to help my situation by going back to work to fetch the correct part needed.
Gary Thompson restored my faith ....there are still good people in the world, his kindness and professionalism was exceptional. If there was more than 5 stars I would give more. Thank you Gary.

Have to say Sean Taylor came out as an emergency and at first was unsure if he could fix my wheelchair. Then had a brainwave and managed it with a bit of ingenious thinking.

Collected wheelchair and went thru paperwork efficiently.

Gary Thompson came out today to service my daughter’s wheelchair, which had developed an annoying squeak whenever it was being pushed. He was friendly, helpful and got it sorted quickly – the wheelchair is now lovely and quiet again!

I also really appreciated that rather than having to wait in all day, Gary rang to let us know he would be with us in around 20 minutes and checked that it was convenient. I think this is a really thoughtful way of doing things, particularly for anyone who may be vulnerable, as you know exactly when to expect someone at your door.

We had Sean Taylor out to help after a cable broke on the tilt mechanism. Sean come out promptly was quick to offer reassurance that he would be able to sort the problem as it was a dangerous position for feeding in the wheelchair. He was lovely really nice guy and sorted the problem quickly. Thanks Sean your a ⭐️

Gary Thompson attended my husband today for his wheelchair repair he rang ahead giving an estimated time of arrival (which we don't often get we are sat waiting in all day when really I or my husband want to go out. ) It was rather warm today in the sun and a difficult repair he spent over an hour here. Changed all 4 wheels and fixed a foot rest (that foot rest has caught my leg a few times it really hurt glad he fixed that) so yes my husband is very pleased with the repair job today.

Terry Tunesi delivered the wheelchair - he was very polite snd courteous. He gave very clear info re using the wheelchair and demonstrated the correct way to carry out different manoeuvres He checked I had no further questions, explained what to do if anything went wrong or we needed it to be picked up

Gary came identified the problem and fixed it. In addition he renewed both armrests. Jobs done quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.

Can I tell you about Nigel George who is an Engineer with this Company. He has called before to put right any problems and let me say he is one of the nicest Chaps you could wish to meet. Always arrives with a smile, remembers us and does a marvellous job no matter how hard that job may be. We cannot speak highly enough Of Nigel George or the good work in repairs he carries out - so thank you! Ross Care.
