Easy to use website. Very quick delivery, contact was made with us from the initial order to after the delivery. Great price and the sofa is very comfy. Good firm support with adjustable head support. Easy controls. The plug sockets, speakers and storage compartments are great, I like the charger point choices too. All in all, it's a great sofa, I can't fault customer care, delivery or the product. Would recommend.

If I could give a -5 rating I would. Avoid this company at all costs they’re cowboys. I ordered the Series 8 corner sofa it arrived promptly the first section had a huge creases dent in the headrest and the console works when it wants. The second section has two different coloured material? The thirds section and pouffe was labelled Smokey taupe but was a different colour so they took them back on delivery day. The second section wouldn’t fit through the front door so was put in my garage and I had to pay £60 to get my lounge window taken out to get it in then noticed the two different coloured squares on the back of it. Rang Tech Sofa who had agreed to return my delivery fee but I’ve not had it, and said they’d arrange a collection of the two pieces I had. No collection has been arranged, they now won’t answer their phone to me nor will the delivery guys arrange a collection so I can cancel my Snap Finance loan. I’ve spoken to Snap Finance and they’ve been good they’re raising a complaint and I’ve cancelled my direct debit to them and can cancel any reoccurring payments so that’s good. I’ve even messaged Tech Sofa saying do you want me to dispose of the sofa but no response! The quality of these sofas is bad the recliners make a lot of funny noises and stop/start the phone chargers work when they want and that’s if you can get it to switch on, they’re not genuine leather they’re cheap material from China, Tech Sofa did offer heat treatment to get the creased dent out of the headrest and a new cover from China for the corner bit but said it would take 3/4 months to arrive. I said no I want to return it and cancel my finance which is nearly £3,000 but they need to collect the two pieces of sofa and they won’t They’renow not answering callsor messages, it’s given me so much stressso avoid this company at all costs they just let you down non stop then ignore you.I posted all this on their Facebook advert and they’ve blocked me, unbelievable! Save yourselves all this trouble and go to a decent sofa company.

Well what can say i am love with sofa it series Six 2 seater with Console and cup holders and single chair brilliant 👏 there down fall they don't get back when message them. But delivery guys where great and too rubbish away and show me how sofa works and put them where I ask for them to be. T7062

The sofa, six series large right-hand corner, is excellent; exactly what I wanted with power recline and power headrests.
The delivery guys, Peter and his colleague, were absolutely first class. The managed to fit all ten pieces through my narrow 27 inch wide front door even taking off their shoes every time they went in and out. The assembled it, placed it exactly where I wanted it and tested it to make sure that all was functioning properly. They removed all the packaging and were professional and polite; a first class delivery team indeed!
Peter and his colleague from ASB Delivery Services definitely get 5 stars.
Techsofa themselves I'm afraid only get 3 stars, hence the 4 star score overall.
The sofa itself is exactly as described and wonderful.
However, it took almost 5 months from ordering to delivery! When calling them to enquire at various stages they only sometimes answer the phone, maybe half the time. Twice they said that they'd call me back and didn't either time. According to their website, delivery should take up to four weeks to my postcode; even allowing for unforseen delays, I would not have expected nearly five months.
I am exceedingly happy with the actual sofa and I'm very glad that I now have it, but the whole transaction could've been a lot more pleasant.

We bought the Series 6 large corner Sofa. Ordered on the 6th Feb and it was delivered on the 12th! We were so shocked at how quick the delivery was. Ordered online so didn't really get to see the Sofa in person but we werent disappointed, it is a little bigger than we thought but thats on us. The look and comfort more than make up for it! Its easy to use and the heated seats is a major bonus! The delivery guys were great, took shoes off before walking on the carpet and made sure it was all fitted together properly then showed us how it worked. Would 100% recommend!

We ordered our Vinson before Christmas, it was delivered in good time. 3 days after delivery, the recliner motor stopped working, arranged an engineer to come out, which initial appointment was cancelled by them start of Jan , and rescheduled for a week later. They attended but during that time the sub block stopped working.
Engineer confirms both parts need replacing and they would order them from tech sofa. Had to chase up parts with tech sofa, told they would send both parts but only recieved motor. Told the usb part was sitting on someone’s desk and forgot to send it.
A week later still not got the usb part, and cannot arrange the engineer to come out to fit both parts. Shocking customer service, no one calls me back despite promising. And we are now at the situation of wanting to return and refund. Avoid this company, seems to be run by two members of staff that whilst the sales customer service person is pleasant, they are ineffective in supporting their customers.
Surely I am not being unreasonable that we recieved delivery before Christmas and now in Feb without any resolution and a working sofa.
Build quality is also in question, two things gone wrong in a space of a few weeks of one another.

Ordered series 5 - 2 seater and couldn't ask for a better sofa. Was shopping around and couldn't find a better value for money with all the features which are amazing, delivery process was organised and have options. Aftersales communication is also appreciated
making sure everything is fine. Highly recommended overall 👍

My husband have been looking at getting a tech sofa for about 2 years now, we finally bit the bullet and order the beginning of this year and honestly couldn't fault the whole proccess. We recieved our sofa yesterday and are absolutely in love with it, I didn't expect it to be here so quick, we order the series 3, order 7042. The sofa itself is comfy, lovely fabric, alot higher than our old sofa which I love. From the centre pull down table which includes 2 cup holders l, wireless charging and 2 reading lights, omg were we blown away and with the side usb and Bluetooth speakers, we were jamming a little bit last night😂 and the electric reclining, we love it!
Also I want to give the delivery men the m3ntion they deserve. They were outstanding, from the texts/call updates to the day of delivery. They were on time with the given time slot, they were very respectful, wiping their shoes everytime they enter the house and taking their shoes off when they went on carpet. Making sure we were happy with the sofa once set up and taking away all the rubbish, they were Phenomenal!
Overall I will definitely recommend to family and friends. We will definitely also purchase again!

Ordered the Series 6 small corner and footstool - I was a little uncertain about buying a sofa online without actually seeing it or testing it out for comfort but so glad that I did. All I can say is wow! I love the look and feel of my new furniture. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Delivery was on time and the guys were so helpful setting everything up. I had a few questions about the techy stuff which the delivery guys were unsure of so I spoke to Carrie through their Customer Service Helpline and she talked me through everything.

I recently purchased the Series Six Large Corner Electric Recliner from TechSofa, and the entire process was seamless. From ordering to delivery, everything went exactly as planned.
The sofa itself is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. It is very large, which provides plenty of space and comfort, but I would definitely recommend that others measure their room carefully before buying to ensure it fits comfortably.
Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and the service. If you have the space for it, it’s a brilliant addition to the home!

This is our second order with TechSofa. I accidentally placed purchased the wrong item and made efforts to get in touch with them via whatsapp, email and Facebook messenger. The messages went unanswered for several days, I understand they have a lot of demand. I then found their landlines and it was answered immediately and the issue resolved. I was due a refund as the item I was.meant to order was cheaper. The refund was made in a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to order again but if you get issues call the landlines rather than wait for messages.
