Items arrived poorly packed internally - damaged and with missing screws.
The contact option for damaged goods on their site is inactive. Chat bot - ignores the issue. I had to use the “Withdraw from contract” route just to reach Customer Service.

Even after clearly reporting damaged and incomplete goods, vidaXL kept treating it as a standard return at my own expense. They even offered a “full refund at no cost”, then told me to pay for return shipping myself.

Everything seems to be designed so customer would not be able to report the damage and would not have a choice but to pay even for damaged goods return themselves.

Itin zema gaminio kokybe. Sudetingas surinkimas reikalaujantis ne tik igudziu, bet ir spec irankiu.
Labai zemas kainos/kokybes santykis.

Vagys. Siunčia nei kiek neperdedant šiukšles, pinigus žada gražinti, bet per 2 mėnėnius taip ir nebandė.

Su VVTAT išieškojom pinigus dar per 2 mėnesius, sugaišta nerealiai daug laiko, o šitie vagys lieka nenubausti. Gėda VVTAT

Whomever wrote in the description that the item is easy to assemble must have been mocking everyone. The item was beyond complicated to assemble. The parts were not properly marked, the instructions were high level at best. You had to drill the holes yourself otherwise the wood would splinter. Some part you had to saw yourself. The wood qualit was below average. The screws are visable on the facade. Overall, terrable item for a high price.

Prasta kokybė prekių. Trūksta komplektacijoje detalių. Ko.unikacija prasta. Po pretenzijos pateikimo nesulaukiu jokio atsakymo.

atlikau užsakymą nr 0370000455732. gavau prekes, jas surinkau pagal instrukciją. Gautais baldais esu visiškai nusivylęs, kadangi jų kokybė yra apgailėtina. Konkrečiai kalbant tiek dvigulė lova tiek viengulė yra labai trapios, jos treška ir lūžinėja nuo vieno asmens, kas būtų jei atsigultu dviese... šias lovas man teko papildomai sustiprinti samdant stalių, kuris naudojo papildomą medieną sustiprinti lovos karkasui ir tankinant groteles. sumokėjau papildomus 65 eurus, kad lovos taptų naudojamos. Tad mano klausimas kur galiu palikti atsiliepimą apie įsigytas lovas. Atsiliepimą noriu pateikti realų, nepagražintą, su visomis nuotraukomis ir papildomo darbo etapo vaizdais, kad žmonės žinotų ką perka ir nenukentėtų kaip aš.
2026-08-20 papildymas. Atsiliepimą pakoregavau iš 1 str į 3, bet ne dėl gautų prekių, o dėl pardavėjo reakcijos į išsakytas problemas. Jis susisiekė, įsigilino į situaciją, pasiūlė galimus situacijos pagerinimo būdus, suteikė galimybę gražinti prekes... Sutarėme arti optimalaus esamai situacijai sprendimo.

Prekė neatitiko aprašymo. Rašo kad žaidimų aikštelė tinkama 3-8 metų vaikams. Mano 5 metų vaikas vos telpa. Galėtų rašyti 3-4 metų vaikams.
Grąžinti prekę kainuoja daugiau nei pati prekė.
Labai nerekomenduoju naudotis paslaugomis.

The first time I bought from the same account, they issued an invoice to the company, the second time I bought from the same account, they said they couldn't issue it because something had changed with them, and no one informed me that I needed to create another account.

1) The product description was not detailed enough.
2) The delivery (executed by DPD) was a desaster! Despite having an existent, exact delivery address DPD would noz deliver the parcel. Afterwards it explained that it’s their policy to only deliver parcels that probided a Lithuanian phone number. The hotline did not explain it and most importantly there was zero Information about this requirement during the ordering process. Even that would have been communicated I‘m quite sure this would be regarded as a discrimination by EU law. The above derails aside : it‘s unbelievably terrible service when the parcel has a valid, exact address and somebody is at home to receive it, it’s being paid for delivery but it’s noz being delivered.
3) Hotline calls (I had at leas five of them) took on avergae 30 minutes to get through and hotline staff is zero trained to solve a problem in a pragmatic way, was given false promises and would tell contradicting stuff during the next call.

Long story short: I had to go to police to report the case of parcel being orded and not delivered. Only after police has interfered I was given an adress where I can pick up a parcel. The pick up procedure did not go smoothly either (the security lady did not know anything about our arrival and refused to open the gate to the warehouse grounds).

Perkant gultą svarbią vietą užima produkto aprašymas. O jis buvo toks: "lengvas surinkimas: Surinkti šį gultą užtruks vos kelias minutes, tad galėsite greitai pasimėgauti juo. Jums reiks tik atsuktuvo ir partnerio, ir viskas bus paruošta". Taip, reikėjo atsuktuvo ir partnerio. Bet surinkimas truko 5 valandas. Labai daug varžtelių, detalių ir surinkimo instrukcija gal 10 lapų. Neklaidinkite tokiais neteisingais aprašymais, nes moteriai vienai be partnerio būtų sudėtinga susisukti gultus. Dar galėčiau parašyti, kad kojelės labai trumpos, jis gana žemas. Ir jeigu gultas ant žolės stovės tai, kažkada nuo svorio, tos kojelės susmigs žemėn. Reikalingas tvirtas pagrindas gultams pastatyti. Šitą irgi galėtumėt paminėti aprašyme. Šiaip patogūs, o ar teisybė parašyta aprašyme - tvirta konstrukcija ir patvarios medžiagos, laikas parodys....

After communicating with them for weeks and providing evidence of their email that promised to return the shipping costs, this unreliable firm pretends not to understand their own emails. Awful experience, VIDAXL is a disgraceful company that I now have to forward to officials to get my money back. Thieves.

Ordered a table, when it arrived I found out that it is very different from the one shown in the photos. Looked like it was assembled from pieces of wood that come from trash. size of planks - different, colors of different planks - different, even finishing and texture was different. Not usable in the house. Contacted support how to return, was told they will contact me back in 3 days by email, no email. Contacted again - waiting for email. So far the impression that I've got that they are selling low quality trash, then avoid returning the money and getting their product back. If I get the return, then I will remove the review or increase the number of stars.

Užsisakiau stalą ir, jam atvykus, pamačiau, kad jis ženkliai skiriasi nuo to kas rodoma nuotraukose. Atrodė, lyg būtų surinktas iš medžio iš šiukšlių. Lentų dydis – skirtingas, skirtingų lentų spalvos irgi skirtingos, net apdaila ir tekstūra skyrėsi. Netinka naudoti namuose,nebent kokiame tvarte ar garaže. Kreipiausi į palaikymo tarnybą, kad grąžinti prekę, man pasakė, kad susisieks su manimi el. paštu po 3 dienų, el.laiško neatsiuntė. Susisiekiau dar kartą – laukiu el. laiško. Kol kas susidaro įspūdis, kad jie parduoda prastos kokybės šiukšles, paskui vengia grąžinti pinigus ir priimti grąžinamą prekę. Jei gausiu grąžinimą, pašalinsiu atsiliepimą arba padidinsiu žvaigždučių skaičių. So far so bad. Very bad.

Never ever I had so bad quality table. I bought Desk Solid Acacia Wood 110x50x76 cm. It said - made with accuracy. But it eas so wrong. The top was scrached. The details not attached properly, details do not even fit. Desk legs differ in lengh and the angle. We tried to fix and strenghen the construction with wood glue. Unfortunatelly it can not change wrong size. Table is uneven and unstable afterall. It was disaster.

I ordered the bed from this company, and after a few days, I got an email saying I needed to cancel the courier because they had only sent half of the packages. In that email, they said, "Please cancel, and you get your money back in 10 days." Now I've got an email saying that the payment wasn't done, but I have a copy of the payment from the bank. Now we have no bed, and no payment has been refunded.
